Maintenance has been awesome. Whenever I put in a work order it gets taken care of immediately. Noah is also amazing! The parking lot used to be super dark, but since the new maintenance supervisor has been here, it's lit up like a Christmas tree. Now I don't feel unsafe leaving at night if I have to. Mike and Corey work diligently around the clock to handle emergencies and what not if need be. I've been here over a year and since new management, the staff as a whole is 100% better.

Janice was very disrespectful on the phone. I’m glad I left this apartment. I will be calling corporate. She unprofessional and rude.

Our new management team are awesome. Janice and Noah in office and Mike in maintenance. All are receptive to our needs and are doing a great job in upkeep. And when necessary I can go to office for a genuine smile when I need one.
Thanks!

Thanks to Noah and Janice in the front office for answering my questions and scheduling the heater and air conditioner replacement. Thanks to the maintenance team for their part in diagnosing the issue and providing a temporary cooling unit until replacements were installed.

Maintenance and staff is great. It’s like a family atmosphere. Quick reply to service request. Cory and team is amazing as well as Noah.

I moved here couple weeks ago and the experience has been terrible. I signed up for a Renovated Apartment in May and their Summer promotion for $100 off of each month rent from their old Manager.
After I moved in I found Kitchen Appliances are not renovated and doesn’t function well.
Also, take a look at the pictures of mold and old appliances.
Their new Manager Nova is very rude and he says I’m even underpaying for this Apartment and doesn’t get any “free upgrades”. He says as long as an appliance works, they cannot replace it. Why do we pay the extra rent for?
He asked me to give me a 60 day notice period and vacate if I’m liking the apartment which is a terrible option since we know Moving is a pain and what it costs. The management should be ashamed of themselves for treating us like this.

PS: I got the dishwasher replaced since the old one was leaving rust on dishes and Thanks to the two handymans.

- Location: 5/5 - Right off Exit 14 / Olive Blvd! Super convenient location.
- Amenities: 4/5 - In-unit washer and dryer! But my washer only works on one specific setting combination…
- Parking: 3/5 - Somewhat crowded, but manageable.
- Noise: 3/5 - Dogs howling/squealing at night and can clearly hear footsteps of my above neighbors.
- Community: 2/5 - Small fitness center / gym and pool. No community events either.
- Rewards Program: 2/5 - Requires so many points for measly gift card rewards.
- Leasing Office: 1/5 - Now, if you’re thinking of moving here, please reconsider. When I toured this location, I saw and heard nothing but great things. Everyone was kind and helpful at this time, but it all changed once Katie from the leasing office left. When I moved in late November of 2022, the unit was somewhat dirty and the washer didn’t and still doesn’t work properly, despite several unanswered maintenance requests. I was desperate to move-in since I relocated from another state for a job, so I stayed. The state of the unit was not the best when I moved in and the service has declined even more with new management. I understand being short-staffed, but it’s important to communicate a plan to residents instead of avoiding them. Basically, it is very difficult to reach someone from the leasing office. Again, 1/5.

- Conclusion: 2/5. I renewed my lease after the issue was raised to Priderock Services Support, LLC and negotiations were made. However, my lease ends in November 2023 and there’s been minimal communication from property managers. By then, I hope to have another lease in place somewhere else.

The day before I moved in I was called and informed that the newly renovated apartment they said they were going to give me was not ready and I would not be able to move in. I informed them I had already scheduled movers and did not have a place to stay so I had to move in unless they provided me temporary housing. They told me they had another apartment that was move in ready. When I showed up the next day with the movers, I discovered that the apartment was old and had a lot of wear and tear. It was also filthy and had not been cleaned. As I had no where else to go and the movers were ready to unload my belongings, I moved in. I was given a modest discount off the rent but not enough to compensate for the condition the apartment was in. Had I known the shape it was in prior to accepting their offer, I would have asked for a larger discount. I do appreciate the effort that was made to get me into an apartment and the modest discount, I just wish they would have done a little more.
