We drove 3 hours from Illinois to look at a house in Waynesville only to be called, when 90 miles to go, that the occupant was not home and we.could not see the home. Had to turn around and drive 3 hours back home. 6 hours wasted. Agent knew a week in advance we were coming and gave us the go-ahead to make the trip. Mary was unresponsive, unreliable and unprofessional. Cannot recommend her.

Office staff has always been helpful and friendly. They were able to work with us on payments when late on rent. Super grateful for their kindness.

Worst customer service ever not to mention I've heard and delt with first hand just taking application fee money with no intentions of renting the properties out

Know your rent amount and when they ask how much ya paying, instead of saying "all of it" just verbalize the numerical amount your paying.wonderful people, professional service.

One of the worst companies in the area the prices are cheap I’ll give them that but majority of the times you’ll be living in the rough parts of town. You have to consistently be on them to fix something and majority of the time they use the cheapest option to do a temporary fix that doesn’t last long. They will do absolutely everything in their power to keep all of your deposit like write a hand written receipt for “interior cleaning” and lightbulbs that were replaced before moved out
