We had problems with our fire department pickup coming home from a long cold fire. They got to us within 30 minutes and towed us back to the station. Thanks

Service desk was friendly, but lot fees expensive. My granddaughter didn't realize that when they towed her car there. It was a total loss and the tow yard wound up keeping the car instead of charging her the lot fees. It was a honda civic with 4 good tires, good battery and a good engine.

Excellent office staff and drivers. They communicate, keeping you informed of times of arrival and do their best accommodate your needs.

Everyone was very professional and they were able to recover a trailer for me quickly and safely. Thanks again

They couldn't help me when I was in a pickle that's for sure! Wanted me to wait almost 2 hrs. For a tow 2 miles at 126.00!

The tow truck driver was quick to arrive and got me hooked up in a decent amount of time. He even triple checked everything to make sure nothing was going to accidentally get left behind. Though I’m not entirely sure why he disconnected the drive shaft because the brakes worked fine. All he would have had to do was release them. But I’m not a tow truck driver so I don’t know. I just know that the service was great.

We don’t recall the driver’s name but he exceeded our expectations. He was thorough and courteous. He made sure we were accommodated, even with an offer for a ride home. Thank you all for a positive experience within a bad situation. We will definitely recommend your business to our families and friends!

Not super happy. Police told us after 9ur accident down an embankment that the vehicle wouldn't be towed and would stay put until the next day.miners showed up and did it anyways. Because they did this, a lying manipulative man is getting away with about murdering us with that truck. Way to go for taking what you wasn't supposed to.

Miners is the best towing company around, big are small, they are the best! Great people, and very knowledgeable! I recommend them 120 percent! Love that company!

We had an accident a couple weeks ago and our vehicle was towed to Miners because it was no longer drivable. We needed to stop by the shop to recover the rest of our belongings and the staff was extremely kind and helpful when we arrived. They got us to our vehicle quickly and answered all our questions. Staff are courteous and very professional. I was late meeting the driver when I needed a tow for a battery that wouldn’t charge. When I got there he had it jump started so I could drive it to be serviced without a tow. That was about half the cost of a tow. I recommend Miner’s 100%

Great towing and customer service. They took amazing care to make sure there wasn't any added damage to my car, and got her home in the same condition they found it. I would definitely use them again, but I surely hope I won't have to.

I arrived to the accident scene after my daughter was in a car accident. My daughter & I was given no information on where the car was going to be towed nor was I asked by anyone where I wanted to have my car towed to. When I did find out and called them the lady said it will be in the police report. The tow company is trying to make more money by not notifying anyone. Would not recommend to anyone.

Never seen one of their trucks until today. I was getting onto the south ramp at the Herculaneum exit and one of the drivers came flying onto the exit and nearly ran me off the road. Can't be so reckless and nearly cause a wreck while on the way to another accident!

Ryan was awesome and got there so fast it made things much less stressful considering. The receptionist who took my call and got my driver to me was super pleasant and that's not the case with most of these tow companies. I'ld definitely call them again. I didn't get a tow because I guess God decided to let me start my truck finally. The customer service was probably the best I've encountered though! Thanks for the help!

The service is timely responsive to my situation, but very expensive to do a key lockout even though it was close to their location.
