1This company is TOP Notch and will undoubtedly be our go-to if/when we have issues with any/all appliances. Long story short, we had what we felt was an “emergency” with our washing machine and needed help quickly. I spoke to Cyndi, super knowledgeable and the absolute best customer service, loved talking with her and so very kind. She promised she would work us in - already had a full schedule - to get someone out by end of week (I called on a Tuesday of an upcoming holiday weekend) and she truly was a life saver. They came out, early even! Immediately noticed the problem and we were up and running in no time and at no charge. Hesitate to write that, as I don’t want to give the impression this would happen to them, but I just wanted to show that this company is above and beyond and truly care about their community!
