MinuteClinic at CVS reviews
1Went with one of my kids to the Battlefield and Lone Pine location and will never go again. I went with my child who is over 18 but could not talk due to severe strep throat. The nurse practitioner shut the door in my face as i was trying to enter behind him to explain. It was so weird and awkward. After saying few words she ran the insurance and said he wasn't covered. I told her that can't be and explained why. Come to find out after a drs appointment with his primary care physician, an urgent care visit which led him straight to the e.r, then a 2 day stay in the critical care unit in the hospital she had run his insurance wrong. She was so cold, rude, and uncaring. I will never go back. It was much worse than we thought (strep+abscesses) I feel that if she would have known what she was doing he could have got on antibiotics quicker. Worst experience.
