I just finished my 2nd cataract surgery. I would highly recommend Missouri Eye Institute. I had one eye done in Springfield, and the other done in Branson. Every single person was fabulous! Thanks, Dr. Andrew! Love my new eyes!

It was great. I can see again. After years of poor vision I was really afraid I was going to be blind. The surgery was nothing I expected in my mind. It was easy and I have had no pain at all but I can see. Looking out if my left I was like looking at a scan code. I am totally amazed with the results. I am scheduled for my right eye and can hardly wait for dr. Myers to fix it.

Missouri Eye Institute is highly recommended. The staff are courteous and very knowledgeable. They seem to care greatly about their patients. They are efficient and punctual.

The staff we all friendly and courteous. They answered my questions and Dr. Meyer addressed concerns I had regarding my vision.

I was not overly impressed. No one working there, that I encountered, was particularly friendly and they all seemed rather unhappy.

I was not given eye protection after my eye dilation as has always been done at other clinics.

There was very little communication.

I will not go back to this clinic and do not recommend it.

They are very professional. Been going to Clinic for 6 years for cataract surgery first and then treatment for ARMD. Am very pleased with all the Doctors.

The office is run very professionally. I was checked in by Maria who was very efficient and made the check in procedure easy.
Ashley was the tech that tested my eyes and applied the dilation drops, (a procedure that I greatly dislike). She was very compassionate, friendly and a joy to deal with.
Dr. Meyer did not make me feel rushed and he took the time necessary to explain what was going on with my vision.
Finally, Heather finished up the necessary paperwork and took me through the check out procedure.
One of the few experiences in my medical journey that was pleasant and, (almost), enjoyable.
I highly recommend this practice.

My cataract surgery was amazing easy and relaxed. So far I have had very minimal discomfort and no pain. (after 2 days) Everyone was very friendly, caring and attentive. If you need this surgery I believe you could not find a better place to have it.

Very professional and friendly staff.

Dr. Meyers is very thorough and provides excellent care.

I have had previous care through Missouri Eye Institute and I recommend them highly.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The Dr.was very nice and knowledgeable of Grave's Disease (which I have). They got me in and out very quickly. Great teamwork there!

Moved from Louisiana and needed doctor for my retinitis pigmentosa. I do not regret my decision. They are awesome! My first cataract surgery went well in my left eye. Ready to do my right. Got my right cataract done this week. Success! Staff is courteous and very professional. Great experience!

The exam was through and all the staff very helpful. The cost associated with the surgery was told to me upfront with no surprises.

It is nice to sit and wait and wait for your appt. No unnecessary waiting here. Just wish it didn't take 2 more months for cataract surgery.

Always good and friendly service from staff. I trust Dr. Meyer' with my eye care! He did cataract removals on both eyes and it was the easiest surgery I've ever had!

From the first office visit, to both surgeries and then the follow ups, everyone from the doctor, all the nurses and all the other support people were exceptionally nice, caring, and did everything possible to make you feel relaxed, comfortable would definitely go back to them if needed and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing eye care.

Excellent service from check in to leaving.
Very pleasant young ladies always smile and make me feel important.
They take the time needed to be thorough and ready for Dr Larry Meyer.
Dr Meyer is always smiling and sincere.
He takes his time and never rushes me.
I have been utilizing the Missouri Eye Institute for fifteen years and am very satisfied and highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality service.

I am very pleased with my double cataract surgery. The staff was very professional and friendly, Dr. Meyer was wonderful and caring and the procedure was quick and painless. Thank you to you all and I recommend MEI to everyone.

I was very concerned with my immune suppressed mother's visit to the office. While Dr. Meyer was very pleasant and professional, his nurse was rude and unmasked. On top of that when my mother had difficulties with some fogging of one the machines due to the need for the mask the nurse scoffed at her. My mother explained her need for the mask even though she has been vaccinated and asked the nurse if she had been vaccinated. The nurse replied, "No. " I'm very concerned that this unvaccinated, unmasked, nurse in a current Covid hotshot was close enough to my mother's face to put drops in her eyes!
