Missouri Furniture, Washington MO

They talked me into getting a refund on my Lazy boy double recliner and said I could get a better deal. I ended up getting one I don't like as much and I regret changing my mind because the recliner doesn't lock in the up position and the lever seems a little outdated. Just a little disappointed.

Not very efficient. Bought a couch. When it was delivered, it was the wrong color. Still waiting, weeks later. Christmas next week and no couch.

The salesman didn’t have to talk too much about it. As soon as we laid on your mattress we were sold!

If you want to come in just to get an idea of what they have, good luck. These employees are annoying as hell following you around the store like a puppy. It's obvious they are making a commission with how hard they are constantly trying to sell. As far as furniture goes they do seem to have a large selection but I didn't see much of it as my wife and I left pretty quickly after the 5th employee bothered us within 4 minutes of being there.

I worked with Cyndy Lane and she was informative and patient with me as we walked around the store. My purchase took several days and visits to the store and thru this Cyndi provided me with great service and the attention that I required to make my decisions on my furniture.
I have not received my furniture yet but so far my experience with MO Furniture has been positive, professional and very service oriented.

She took the time and listened to our thoughts, and the look we were trying to achieve. We are so happy with the final result, and would highly recommend her and this store.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD HAVE WASTED MY DAY TWICE FIRST BY SHOWING UP WITH THE WRONG FURNITURE THEN AGAIN A WEEK LATER BY NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL ridiculous called me 20 minutes before the end of two hr window. I would not recomend them to anyone.
