My daughter and I was at Missouri Furniture at the Sedalia Mo location not a single person asked us if they could help us find something or if we were looking for something particular I was in fact looking to buy a couch and love seat we had one lady said hi and that was it I will not buy from somebody who won’t even knowledge me

Great selection of really nice furniture, but be prepared to be followed, watched, and pressured. They are relentless! Ultimately they tell you that their management requires them to follow you in case you have questions. I asked twice to be left alone to browse. The third time I simply left the store. Prices are 2 to 3 times higher than local competition, but they quickly drop if you ask. Still higher priced than the others, but they're not a box store so it kinda makes sense. Not worth it to me- I bought somewhere else.

If your looking for excellent service with a great selection, give Bonnie Brown a call. We showed up about 15 min before closing time and she was more than happy to take the time and assist us with a new couch for our home.
She not only took the time to find a product that would fit perfect in our home, but went above and beyond with excellent customer service and communication.

Really enjoyed having Steven in Sedalia help my wife and I find the perfect couch and mattress. He really went above and beyond and stayed with us an hour and half over time with no complaints. He really listened to what we were looking for and found the perfect couch and mattress. He was really knowledgeable about the products and was extremely good at explaining things we weren’t familiar with. I definitely recommend him and will be back if we need more furniture!
