Unfortunately I needed to have an ignition interlock device installed on my car, but everyone was in a good mood, and all went smoothly. Didnt take too terribly long, but i brought them an old modified 93 mercury capri, so things were already relocated, wires probably dont match diagrams, etc. All in all i think im happy with my service, took a little over an hour, but i am all for taking your time (within reason) for electrical work. My installation took place at the O'Fallon location.

Took vehicle in for a remote starter and my technition was respectful, knowledgeable, and informative. I highly recommend this company.

Very nice and efficient staff. Donna was great at setting up the appointment and times. The technicians were awesome and friendly they got in and out in just an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend them for remote start installation jobs.

Donna, was FANTASTIC at helping me get my appointment set up to have a Draeger device installed on my vehicle. She was cheerful and pleasant and also had a great deal of patience with me and my hearing impaired disability. She was a pleasure.

Of course no one WANTS to put an interlock device in their car, but these guys make it as painless as they can for the most part. The techs are good, knowledgeable people and a few of the customer service reps are too. The rest are rude, standoffish, or bloodthirsty. This company offers competitive pricing in the area for their services, but attempts to make up for it in fees that must be paid before they'll reset your interlock device. Missed a service appointment? Fee. Car battery went out? Fee. Car got carried away in a flood and the techs had to come remove the interlock from it? Fees and threats of garnished wages and putting a lien on my vehicle even though they sent the bill to the flooded address. That being said, for the service provided, this place is the best option, especially if you have a reliable vehicle and nothing extraordinary happens to you. If your life is a little more hectic (like mine) it might make more sense to go somewhere else, as most of the customer service reps are rude (not you Donna, you're a saint) and combative and the finance department make threats against your property and income.

My experience has been painless. Staff is courteous and professional. Monthly rental price is a touch high in my opinion otherwise 5 stars

Very pleased with my service Adam and the other gentleman that was ther we're very informative and professional. Adam was fast as well at do the job would definitely recommend the company for a blow device. Ofallon location most definitely

My experience so far has been with the customer service Rep Donna. She is amazing and was so helpful to me. She listened patiently, answered every question, and for some had to research and then called me back immediately. Kudos to Donna!
