Missouri Process Serving has repeatedly accomplished what the Sheriff could not. I have found their effort to strive for perfection is close to 100% satisfaction as could be. After unhappy with other firms, M. P. S.came highly recommended. I only wish we had found them sooner. Their proven ability to be diligent, efficient and accountable has been a relief. Pam and her team are very knowledgeable of the law and how serves need to be handled in a timely manner. I called this process server. This process server asked me to send document by email, which I did. They wanted the money up front before they completed any work. This was on Friday, I was busy at the time. Come Monday I asked if they accepted pay pal because I was uncomfortable giving car details by phone. They refused to answer my calls and said they refuse handling my process. You don't want to handle my process because.they didn't even do anything sides receive an email. Well long story short I found another process server same day in the St Louis MO area. They took my documents by email and served them 30 mins later. I then then had to pay and had my affidavit in another 30 minutes. Also guess what? They were $5.00 cheaper as well.

Don't act like you're doing me a favor by receiving an email. When I spoke to other process servers they said you shouldn't pay to after the document is served, not before. Lesson learned. I personally won't use this place but this is just my situation. Others can try their own luck here, results my vary.

We from way out of town and needed to serve the USPS ASAP. Found them on line and they were even open when others were closed! We are on West coast time. That was a major relief! Everything was done quickly and efficiency and the USPS got served the very next day. Also was super easy to get everything done unlike other companies such as One Legal where it takes forever to set something up and then they farm it out anyhow and you have not single point of contact. With MPS it's the exact opposite. So if you need to serve the USPS or anybody else in MO these are the people to use.
