Wait and wait and then not be able to talk to one real person. I'm so done I thought Arkansas was bad this state takes the cake for getting help.

I have no clear info for what is covered and what I will have to pay, even in the info pack they sent. I've called 3 times to get my baby added once she was born (hours on hold each time) and filled out the form online once and it still shows she's not covered. I get sometimes things take a while but I'd like to at least know if there's going to be a long delay.

I applied a few weeks ago, and when I tried to check my application status after fully making an account, there was nothing. No account, no application, they took my information and I never heard from them. Absolutely the worst medicaid I've ever had to deal with! I have medications I need so I can stay well, and because they never even started my application I am out of ALL of them and will be reporting them. This is complete bs.

You guys need to start approving medical things such as bandages at a faster rate. I have a wound that has gotten worse because you guys would not approve my bandages.you guys also need to approve other medical necessities like roho toilet seas and elevators on powerchairs

I get dropped from MOHNET yearly. This most recent time they sent me a letter saying I was on spend down. A week later I got a letter saying I Have straight Medicaid. So I called and was told I have straight Medicaid. The problem is my doctors all show I have spend down, even though I got the letter saying I have I have Straight Medicaid and being told I have it over the phone. My income decreased when they dropped me initially. Now I have to call again to try and get it straightened out. Which is unlikely to happen.

I just needed a card to show I have it. I was told by the website to call. I called and spent 30 minutes trying to get a person only to get hung up on after I tried every option on the automated system. I tried the chat and it told me to call. What am I supposed to do? I have insurance but can't use it because I don't have proof I have it!

Trying to ask the simplest question.even submitting a document is difficult.to get help with a password.involves trying to get a password. Going to the building isnt easy for some.

They make it way too difficult to get anything done. Make you talk to an automated system for 20 minutes or tell you to go on their website which will just freeze or get you to dead ends.

-100 stars please. They literally cancel and reinstate insurance every four months for years. I wish I didn't have to go through them. I would much rather pay my own premiums than spend so much time and energy fighting with people who don't know what they're doing. Nightmare from day one.

This is the worst service because there is no service. They say they are transferring you to a live agent and then it rings twice and hangs up on you.

Just called and spoke to one of the customer service ladies and she was nothing but rude! The tone of her voice was rude. I get it I worked in customer service for 10+ years and there are ways you speak to people and that is not how you talk to your companies clients! Sadly there are really nice people I've talked to there that go above and beyond and then you have others that could care less about you! Seems like management needs to listen to the employees conversations with the clients andpluck out the ones that aren't representing their company with the right attitude.

Worst possible customer service in existence. Rarely get to talk to a real person, and when you do, they don't care. You are talked to like an animal, you are treated like a child, and they have no empathy for your situation. You will be on hold for hours at a time, and then you're randomly hung up on, told that you're being transferred to someone else, then hung up on, or put on hold for another hour, or just told that they can't help you, with no suggestion or even an educated guess about what to do next. I honestly am not sure why they even exist, outside of another reason to waste millions of Missourian taxpayer dollars. Avoid at all costs

My son is 6 months old and still does NOT have insurance. They keep making me re apply and keep stating that I will get info in the mail. Its been another 3 weeks and STILL NOTHING.my sons doctor wont even see him anymore because of there not being insurance. Idk why its so difficult for them to get it right the first time!
