I have been coming to this gas station since it opened and one employee has stood out above and beyond from the very beginning. I am amazed at DeAnna‘s work ethic and level of familiarity and knowledge about store products as well as the store in general. Equally important is her consistently positive attitude about working - she is always incredibly friendly, has a smile on her face and goes the extra step to find an answer or help out, if needed. I have never seen her in a “bad mood, ” which, as a customer, is one of the most important attributes of an employee working in customer service. Because of her obvious leadership qualities, including leading by example, and because of her outstanding overall performance, I have mistakenly assumed she was a manager since the first day she started working. Other customers have agreed with me while I was in the store that DeAnna should be promoted to a position that has more responsibilities, including management and leadership, and in which, she would be able to use her advanced skillset to work to her elevated potential.

Nightmare experience. I have a medical condition and masks cause me distress. While in the middle of an ATM transaction, a lady employee demanded I leave the ATM and step outside. I explained my situation, yet the lady continued to demand that I go outside. I politely asked for the manager. The lady continued to demand I step away from the ATM and go outside before getting the manager. I cancelled the transaction and left. I felt disrespected. Mobile on the Run has lost my business.

Everybody in here hella chill and cool. Clean store and they pretty quick with getting you out of there. I know for a fact I can’t work more than 5 hours and try to breathe through a mask so the Karens need to chill in these luh reviews but for the most part they practice social distancing and always have on mask.

Staff are commonly not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly (not covering nose). If you are using self check out they will call other customers to the counter less then 6ft of you that are not wearing masks this has happened more then 3 times over the past month (commonly when you are the only two customers in the store.) No social distancing or maximum number of occupants is exercised. Was not impressed.
