Car Dealer MobilityWorks reviews
18Sid in the service department was incredible to work with! He not only quickly remedied the issues with our EZ lock system, he pointed out a few other maintenance items for me to take care of to increase the longevity of our van! I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need! Top shelf service!
Just a wee bit more pricey than their competition.and on the wrong side of town from where I am coming from to rent.driving home from here eats up most of my free mileage. But the staff are absolutely fabulous. Accommodating, pleasant, professional and the van I rented had some nice bells and whistles.hate to pay extra, but in the end it was worth it. Will rent from them again. Highly recommend.
Had a coolant leak under my wheelchair accessible van. Called Syd in service dept and made an appointment. When I got there Syd was great in finding the problem and what was needed to fix it. He needed a part that was on back order but went out of his way to find the part and fix my van within the stated timeframe!
If you need a vehicle to transport a handicapped person, or for yourself, they will give you options. You don't always need a new vehicle, perhaps there they have equipment they can install to make your life easier in your current vehicle. They stand behind their work and perform warranty service on the equipment they install. The only thing I wish they could do is perform the vehicle manufacturer warranty service.
I purchased a handicap accessible 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan and couldn't believe how easy and transparent the buying process was. From the loan process, to finding the perfect style of van that fit, to the paperwork signing, all of it was such a great experience. We worked with Kent and he listened and made sure the van had everything we needed. He is such a patient and kind man and I 100% recommend doing business with him at Mobility Works.
Had an amazing customer service experience when I came in, everyone was amazing but Syd lesch went out of his way to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend
Recently came in to purchase a car, first off I had an outstanding experience with Syd Lesch he walked me through everything with the car specs and answered every question I had. Syd has amazing customer service and took his time to explain and made sure I understand how the car worked, Then the car I purchased was incredibly spotless inside and out as if it was straight from production I would rate 10 stars if that was an option. I highly recommend
Sid, Patrick and Kent fixed my Bruno lift on the spot.they are awesome and very customer service focused.thanks you guys for giving me my wheels back
The customer service is second to none. They listen and understood the customer's needs.
Would definitely recommend this place. I took my vehicle here to have some work done and the service manager, Syd kept me updated with the progress and estimated timeframe of how long they would have my vehicle. They do great work and are very helpful, have a friendly staff and all around a great place!
This place is an absolute joke. I took my van in to have the lift repaired. "Service Manager" Syd let it sit in the parking lot for two weeks. I called multiple times to get an update but either was given empty promises or had messages go unreturned. Finally had to call and tell them I was coming to get the van. While on my way to get it, from an hour away, Syd does something to the lift that made it somehow worse than it was before I dropped it off. Worst. Service. Ever. Run!
Very nice and knowledgeable staff once we figured out what we wanted they got it done quickly
Unlike car dealerships where you see what you are buying. Mobility dealership most times you buy before they are completely adapted for you. You are dependent on correct answers. Syd in the service dept gets 5 stars. Sales with Kent 5 stars, The girl up front 5 stars. The 2 stars are for manager who can't remember promises. He would be better suited as a used car salesperson. After about 6 vans bought there, and many people referred there. I would not recommend dealing for a mobility vehicle there.
Definitely recommend this place! Staff is really nice and super helpful! They answer any questions we had and has lots of variety of vehicles.
Absolutely would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Upon putting my mother-in-law in a nursing home we found out about the thousands AND thousands AND thousands of dollars she had paid this place, often for things that were not done right the first time. We were absolutely disgusted at how much they took advantage of her being elderly and in the position she was. One of the associates was also confronted about ripping her off and all the excuses he had was " He was new.he didn't know. "
Completely unacceptable and disgusting.
She was charged so much for every little thing, nothing has been done correctly, including a seat belt install. Which came loose upon stopping! They of course wanted to charge her again to install it a second time after it obviously was not installed correctly the first time.
I bought a van from Jay Hatfield in Lee's Summit in June of 2020 he brought the papers out on the 19th of June wanted me to sign him and stuff so that way I will get the van nobody else could get it well they said that they had some work to do on it so I said okay I never seen the van so months go by couldn't get no answers about the van or nothing so I started making payments on it in August of 2020 and I didn't get the van until November a 2020 and still had any issues with the band the fuel pump for them fixed so still had trouble with that the handicap door on the passenger side still has not been fixed I know I still been half and take the van back and forth back and forth to try to get the door fixed so this is February the end of February and the door still not fixed and now they're saying I burned the motor up in the door so now they're not going to fix it but it still has a leak under the motor they say that they had a front end alignment which it shakes real bad this is not a good company at all they do not do what they say they're going to do
Update review: Jason Slaughter with Jay Hatfield Mobility reached out to me in order to apologize and correct this issue. Perry the field manager promptly responded and completed my home assessment as expected. Thanks Jason and Perry!
Original review: Poor customer service! Three appointments set and three appointments canceled by Jay Hatfield Mobility. The first appointment cancellation could’ve been a misunderstanding, but the last two excuses were ridiculous. I did talk to a “service manager” who gave me the impression he was too busy to bother with my issues.
John the sales guy at Jay Hatfield Mobility made my purchase I Mobility fan so enjoyable and easy number one in my book thanks guys also to Teresa the finance manager was fast and they were just great and a godsend
