MOD Pizza

Went in late and didn't expect to be treated like a king! They hooked me up with the best pizza and had the best customer service

The pizza was good but their mantra of superfast was over exaggeraged. We ordered on the app from the restaurant and watched many people come and go prior to us ever getting served. The staff was polite but seemed short staffed and under motivated.

We came at a busy time and waited for a few minutes to pay. The manager apologized and gave us our order for free. Great staff, good food, will be back.

The staff is always awesome and the food is always great! Dine in and carry out experiences are consistently five stars!

They loudly greeted us when we opened the door. It was just lovely. Got 2 pizzas and love that we can add and modify the toppings to our likings. It was delicious and they were very friendly!

Friendly staff and hot, tasty pizza. Wonderful to be able to meet the various dietary needs (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, omni) of our family at one convenient location!

I mostly like it but I wish there was a way to increase the amount of toppings (say, double them). There were two pizzas waiting to be cooked that had HUGE piles of toppings but when I asked how to order something like that I was told that they're not supposed to do it.

Mod pizza is God's gift to this earth. No limits, no rules. Just damn good pizza just the way you like. Honestly can't be beat and is the absolute favorite for my bf and I. We give each other "the look" and know its time for MOD

We are regulars because the food is usually very good but sadly todays visit was disappointing. Service was not good and food was sub par. Order was messed up because they didnt listen and rushed. I hope it is better next time.

The manager Jack and his team were freaking awesome! He made our trip to MOD worth it. It’s the small things that count and keep customers coming. Thanks Jack and The Mod Team!

Great gourmet pizza. Lots of options and variations of suggested menu items. Clean environment & friendly staff.
They have a super sized ding dong type cake that is pricey but soooo delish.

There yesterday afternoon and the two workers there would just absolutely amazing helping with our vegan substitutions just the best service ever food was absolutely amazing and a great salad highly recommend this place to anyone we are going there tonight again because they are so good

Mods pizza is fantastic had it for the first time today.inside is very clean and workers were following CDC guidelines this is the one in st Charles will definitely go back again. Employees were really friendly

Had a wonderful experience yesterday with my husband we have just recently gone vegan in the accommodations us so well with vegan options unbelievably awesome service and amazing food definitely going back soon can you buy that hasn’t try it they should try it soon best pizza in town!

45 min later and I left without a pizza. Ordered online and paid online and they serviced 30 people ahead of me and never received my food. Wasted my lunch break and return to work without food. Thanks!

Staff was AMAZING! They had a friendly playful environment going on.
Cheese was out of this world. They put the toppings right there in front of you. Food was delicious and super quick! I was expecting a wait but they were on it.

Any time I go it’s definitely an experience I enjoy. Hats off to all the employees and whoever runs that place, because that’s what I call customer service. However, I wanna shine some light on a particular employee named Abby. She was very helpful, took my order, and even blessed me with a free meal. How could you say no to a place so open arms like that? Also, big thumbs up to Abby THANK YOU!

Fun lunch on a Saturday afternoon with my wife and three kids. Everyone loved it! Surprise cheese bread for my 10 year old on his birthday too.

The crew working here is always friendly and they're fast. Did an online order a few nights ago and we left a comment on the notes section and the response from Mod Pizza did not disappoint.
