MOD Pizza

Ordered sausage and mushroom pizza for delivery. Received a mushroom pizza only. Noticed on receipt that they were out of sausage. Not a call to ask for replacement - no adjustment of price. Lazy customer service

Ordered take out from the app, was ready in less than 20 mins. They messed up one pizza but still gave us it for free along with our correct order:) Food is quality, and employees are friendly.

Place is huge, but tends to fill up even so. Parking can be scarce when they are packed. They have a huge lunch crowd, but still get you great food fast, no matter how many are there.
Worth a trip.

Had a nice lunch at Mod Pizza. The staff was friendly and did a great job making our pizzas. Everyone was pleased with their food. We will definitely come back again.

It was an excellent service and pizza was good. I do like their option of unlimited pizza toppings option. We had original crust pizza and was able to taste the flavor of toppings in a nice way. I would definitely go there again.

The employees here are extremely friendly. They have the happiest smiles I have seen from fast food workers. They are dedicated to getting your order done quickly and accurately. They are also generous with the toppings. The pizza itself is better than the large chains. However, it comes at a slightly higher cost.

Went there today and a female employee that was making the pizza was sloppy and couldn't maintain the dough on the pan. She burnt out pizzas and had the nerve to get a attitude when we dropped out parm cheese other floor cause she couldn't close the box properly.she was wearing shorts with boots and a hat and honestly couldn't tell if it was a boy or girl. Anyways third time she has done this and will neve ego back there again

Love their pizza. They prepare it to order and it doesn't take long to cook it all. Very delicious. I really prefer the Mega dough crust.

My wife and I and the four grandkids all loved this pizza. The pizza was prepared very quickly. They have most any topping you want.

While I always give people the benefit of doubt and time to correct things. I will say do not order from here using the internet. My family is gluten free so I tried ordering 3 pizzas. I am very specific to make the notifications to be gluten free. However I order my pizza with a garlic rub and balsamic fig drizzle. Received a lot of red sauce all over the pizza. I get very sick when I eat red sauce. I called and the girl was very apologetic but said manager would call back in a few minutes. It has now been over an hour.
Husband now really ill as I think they gave us the wrong crust as well. Needless to say won’t go back this store has seriously gone down hill

First off I love MOD pizza. However, there is an employee here from the moment I walked in was rude to the customers by raising her voice loudly with obvious irritation on options they had to choose from.

She is short overweight, and has short hair, possibly crew lead or manager.

I asked to check out so I could get a drink. Once I paid, I waited for a cup, and I finally asked where the cups were. She let out a irritated sigh, grabbed a cup handed to me. No response when thanked or anything.

I will not come back here this is unacceptable customer service.

Nobody will answer the phone I've called 4 time we ordered 3 pizza well mine is burnt charcoal disgusting even the box has burnt crust crumbs in it who ever boxed this shouldn't served this it's appalling

The staff provided good customer service. You get in and out pretty fast, considering the food is made at the time of order. They get 4 stars for good customer service, and good pizza. The only issue that I had is there was a young man working that had a hoodie on. Actually the hoodie wouldn’t be a problem if it would’ve covered all of the hair dangling in the front of his face, over the food. Having hair swinging around the food is not practicing safe food sanitation. Please make your employees where hats, hair nets, on pin their hair back when working with food. I started to leave when I saw that, but I didn’t have time to go anywhere else.

Update: I went back again. Everyone was pleasant as usual. I had a couple of issues. When the young lady was confirming my order, she was trying to close the box. I guess my pizza was to big for the box as part of the pizza was hanging off and she couldn’t close it. She too her bare hands and touch my pizza to pushed it over in order to close the box. I couldn’t believe it. Also, the crust tasted burnt. I most likely won’t go back.

MOD has really won me over especially with their new vegan options which includes dairy free cheeze! The employees were kind and professional. This was my first time at this location and I will be back!

Good pizza. They messed up a salad but immediately fixed it, all in all decent place for some fast fresh food and employees where friendly

I ordered lunch today from mod. 4.22.22 there was a small problem, but when I called the manager went so far above and beyond Tom I believe was so friendly and understanding, he practiced the long lost art of old fashioned hospitality that has kept only the best in business, by putting the customer first! We all make mistakes it's what you do with them!
So shout out to mod Maryland heights who always makes me want to repeat my business, and always leave me feeling satisfied. I can rarely say those two things combined.

Sometimes i feel like i can make a tasty pizza by accident. Fresh ingredients and helpful service, this is my new favorite lunch spot

I came really late at night, maybe 10: 30. Great service and environment and the pizza came out quick. If you have self respect don't go here as the pizza just doesn't taste good, especially for what you get. The pizza part itself is paper thin, I'd bet $100 that imos is atleast 2x as thick. The sauce is just okay, and the overall ingredient freshness is good. I paid $11+ a 15% tip and feel like I severely wasted money. For 20$ or more you could get a much better tasting pizza from Bellacinos around the same size (14-15") or an even bigger one from Serras if you're into thin crust.

This location has been a go to for us since it opened but has gone downhill recently. Tonight's pizza was 15 minutes late, mine is half charred, missing the cheese and looks like someone just vaguely suggested the toppings in its general direction. Very disappointing
