Just finished up a trade-in and purchase with Aaron, Jennifer (financing) and his team. It was so smooth! Their inventory is better than new! I couldn’t believe the cleanliness, quality and the beauty of their vehicles. I get a new car usually every 2 years and this was one of the best experiences. Thank you, Aaron and Jennifer! We purchased our daughters first car here. A 2017 Nissan Maxima. It was pristine. Don took great care of us and the car, making sure that everything was in tip top shape and thoroughly cleaned. We love working with Modern Motorcars. They have great inventory and do everything to make it as painless as possible. This is our second vehicle with them. We will be long time customers.

The entire process from start to finish was extremely pleasant. I researched online and reached out via email to check availability, they responded quickly and I sent my cell number for easier back and forth. They were low pressure, answered all questions, had me send current pictures of my trade in and fill out a quick form answering a few questions about my trade in. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, offered financing options (but I didn’t use financing so I can’t speak to that process), and we were able to agree on a final price with no hassle. I paid a deposit to hold the vehicle until the weekend when I would be able to drive to Nixa and pick it up. I set an appointment time, and when I got there, there were no issues - they were finishing up the detailing and we were ready to go. Seriously, it was THE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had.

There was no pressure for additional add-ons or sales gimmicks. Even though I didn’t finance, I imagine it’s pretty legit as well, just based off my entire experience with them.

I cannot recommend Modern Motorcars enough! If you’re on the fence or you’ve had bad car salesmen experience before, they will change your mind! I won’t buy a car anywhere else!

We have bought several cars here, used their service center, body shop and detail center. They always do a great job no matter what you need! Easily the easiest buying experience I have ever had. I have never had a vehicle detailed as good as they do it, it's immaculate! The service center is great too. All around great business!

We contacted Modern Motorcars to confirm the car we wanted to test drive was still available, and they promptly responded. Upon our arrival, the car was ready and waiting for us. Skyler was particularly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and if he didn't know the answer to our question, he quickly researched and found the answer. The entire process from test driving through purchasing was seamless! Every staff member at Modern Motorcars we encountered was 'customer' focused, ready and willing to assist. We had a great experience and drove home in a beautiful car!

Skyler was super helpful getting me in to my Tesla Model 3. He’s not typically in sales, but the dealership was short staffed on a Saturday - and I would have never even known. The whole process was quick, and seamless. In fact, with the few people that were at the dealership, they completed the purchase process in under an hour, something a much larger dealership would seriously struggle to do. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience buying from Modern Motorcars. They stayed open late for us to check out the car we wound up buying. The whole process was fast and efficient. We got a good price for our trade-in and didn't bother trying to haggle over the price of the KIA Stinger I bought. It was about the same price for the same car as the Acura dealer was selling but with 16,000 fewer miles and without the body and tire damage. Bonus points for selling the only used car in North America with both key fobs and remote starters. A set of key fob with key and remote starter is about $1000 from KIA.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Modern Motors and specifically Skyler. Top notch customer service. Dependable and trustworthy.

I always thought I would never buy a car remotely but after having trouble finding the perfect car in my area I found it at Modern Motorcars. They were great to deal with. They guided me through the process with payment, paperwork, delivery and pickup of my trade in. Everything was easy and very professional. Car arrived and was extremely clean and well prepped. 10 stars for not having a silly "dealer prep fee". Thanks for just a single straight forward price. The entire team from sales to finance to delivery were top notch. I have had friends have terrible experiences buying cars remotely from the national vendors but Modern was great.
