Took my mom for pedicures, we arrived right as they opened. There was only one other customer, we were greeted but not in a welcoming manner. The nail tech was rude to my mom and acted like she was put out that we came in. She barely trimmed my mom’s toenails and completed the service as quickly as she could. My nail tech was fine but it was still an awkward experience. I have never been made to feel bad because I went into a place of business as a paying customer, I like did today. So much for treating my mother to a pedicure. The pedicures were just okay, but because of the uncomfortable atmosphere we won’t be going back. I

Took my date to get her nails done and was not happy with the final product. She asked for red with a matte finish and. Her nails seem to have multiple sheen on them, the shaping of her nails is off and not consistent. My date says she was very aggressive, asked her not to apply as much pressure and was ignored. Basically I paid $100 for some basic one color job that should have been a breeze to a professional. Last time going there

The place is clean and staff is nice, but I paid for a manicure with gel polish, and the polish is lumpy, patchy, and filled with strands from the cotton balls used. It looks like an unprofessional job. I do not recommend, and I will not return.

CAYDEN did my nails. Photos speak for them self. Third photo was the inspo, he truly thought this was the best. If owner responds, ZOOM in and tell me this was nice work.

I love my pedicure from Kim. But I will never get my nails done there after Tina missed them up so bad, I couldn't get them off for days.

I came here over a week ago for a full set. For one clients that had appointments were seated before me more than one person. I know that they have a appointment.but in that time i would be done with my set.i waited OVER AN HOUR. My nails are sloppy and was rushed very quickly less than 40 minutes for a full set! And the man also got mad when i asked to put gems and adding additional fees for no reason. Also i asked for square nails but received coffin nails. Overall the bad experience i’ve ever had

I scheduled an appointment for a haircut and partial highlight. I asked for 2 things, brighter blonde highlights, and an angled bob haircut. I walked out with some weird bluish gray black lowlights and what I’d describe as a mushroom shaped haircut. To say it was a disappointment would be too complimentary. Having to pay for things I didn’t even ask for was only salt in the wound. I felt the hair area was dirty and disorganized. It was FREEZING in the shop and my hair was washed with cold water, splashed all over my face to the point I left with smudged mascara. They also didn’t accept cards so I had to use their in store ATM meaning I had to pay more than I wanted to. I would not recommend this salon for hair services at all.

The only reason I go back is to get my feet done and I make sure I use my one person. They have messed up my hands and my feet. I won't get my hands done there anymore

Today I went to see Hannah and she was awesome as always. I haven't been in a few months because I broke my leg and she really took the time to do my toes on the broken leg. She was patient and gentle. She could have denied me but she didn't and now I feel GREAT because of her. She's very kind and does an amazing job.

Loved, loved, loved my first visit! I scheduled an appointment online & they were ready to go when I walked in. Hannah did a great job with my full set and pedi! Highly recommend stopping in.
