Moe's Southwest Grill

It is over priced for what is. It's like subway, but with "Mexican". Insert eye roll. (think Taco Bell, but less tasteful). The food was bland and the employees were rude. Two in particular were extremely rude. It was the first time that we had been there. We've been on the hunt for new food places to try and I can honestly say it was not worth the money or hassle and will not be going back.

The food was okay. Just wasn't impressed at all with it. The staff was great and they kept up on cleaning tables and handling a large crown.

Moe’s menu is always great! The GM seemed a little preoccupied with business being slow but the service was fast, friendly, and attentive by all 4 of the crew.

The taste was good and their peppers are definitely fresh. The only thing that threw me off big time was their cilantro. That stuff tasted "weird". Salsa was ok. Their drink dispenser was unresponsive a lot of the times but the water tasted fine.

Excelent service alot better then the steak houses in joplin this workers need a raise very helpful very well manner

I did not rate this at a 1 star because I do like their food. However, this is the only Moe’s that seems to regularly shut off their online ordering system and this is super inconvenient. Be aware you can take the time to assemble an entire order only to get “basket validation error” at the end.

Food was amazing but, the lady barely gave any rice and meat. In the photo you can see that even though I have cheese I don’t have much rice or meat and I even asked for more meat.

They advertise 5 dollar burritos and then the do not offer them and apparently you only get free chips and salsa sometimes. Girl at the counter on November 1st 2021 at 8 pm was rude and clearly did not want to be there.

The staff provided Excellent Customer Service, the menu was accommodating, and the food was fresh and served hot. This was my first time eating at Moe's Southwest Grill, I am hooked and will definitely continue to eat there!

Got a huge burrito and it was so tasty! Great price. Just wish i knew that they had salsa for the chips cause they came free with the order.

Better be hungry and take leftovers home! It's the subway of burritos! Tell them what you want on your burrito! MmmmmMmmmmm

Food looked like it had been sitting all day and the steak was cold. Salsa bar was a disaster and bathrooms were dirty and out of paper towels.

We Love Moe's! Our family has a lot of dietary restrictions. Many restaurants look at you funny when you start changing their menu or asking them to leave stuff off. Moe's is built to customize everything.

With two of us staying off carbs and one gluten allergy the bowls are perfect.
Can't recommend this friendly place enough.

Food was good, but prices were high in comparison to similar resturants. Two burritos and two drinks were $25 before tip. No other extras.

Web site was showing items that were not immediately accessible. Never did find anyone that could help and i stood in that isle for 30 min. I know it gets busy, but this isn't the first time the help was no where to be found. I left without what i was looking for.

Good selection, has something that all our kids will eat. Friendly staff and plenty of seating. Their rewards program is probably the best around.
