I ordered a sweatshirt hoody for my daughter on May 8,2020. I figured with COVID things were taking a bit longer. On July 31,2020 I followed up with the company contact Paul with an emailed copy of my receipt about the hoody for my daughter. Aug 3,2020 he advised he didn't know anything about it but he would check into it and added our coach to the reply he sent to me. He advised in his own quoted words the following in our email correspondence "***** (coach name removed for privacy) said she would look again at home and if she can’t find it then I will get another one ordered for you. " I never heard anything else. On 9 -10-2020 I emailed yet again to ask for an update that is quoted here, "Hello Mr. Clark.

I'm emailing to check in with you for an update regarding the berserk hoody with my daughter's name and number on it. We never received it but as the original email with the receipt attached shows, I did pay for it. It's been just over 4 months now being it's September 10,2020. Can you please update me regarding this. If you I need to come in to pick it up myself that is fine. It's getting chilly outside and she would like to be able to use it as soon as possible. Thanks for your time and assistance in this matter. "

I still did not get any response from him. My daughter really wanted this hoody. Instead of keeping his word that he stated in his only email response to me, and instead responding and explaining anything at all, I opened my bank account on 9-18-20 to check on something else and found there was a refund for the cost of the hoody. While he did refund me, that is NOT what I asked to take place. I wanted the hoody that I paid for because it was a part of my daughters Birthday (which is in June) gift. She was completely disappointed and sad about not receiving this after we waited so patiently for over 4 months. I again emailed the company to ask why I was refunded when I made clear more than once that we very much wanted the hoody. Yet again there is no response and my daughter is disappointed that after I told her he said he will order it, he won't be doing what he said.

So after sitting on my money for 4 months, instead of doing the right thing and getting the hoody as he said he would, it was just given back with no explanation and I have an upset child with no hoody that she very much wanted and was promised. I wish I could return everything I purchased based on principle of how he didn't keep his word and with zero communication.it is terrible customer service.
