I had 2 sump pumps replaced with Brandon and Desi. They were prompt, explained everything in detail and cleaned up so well. Brandon went out of his way to help me seal a wall and try to locate a grommet. It was a great experience!

Morgan-Miller Plumbing did an excellent job as usual. I have a very well built house at 40 years old, but plumbing issues and updates are necessary. The staff has always been professional, smart, and expedient in their work processes. And I’m glad they DO NOT advertise on TV as I’d rather pay the company for their services & knowledge as opposed to paying for the advertisements.

We needed to replace an ancient hot water heater so I got three estimates. Morgan Miller Plumbing was not only the least expensive estimate, but they kept communication open, letting us know that they wanted our business. On the day of the appointment to replace it, first Don showed up on time, and with a great, professional, and friendly attitude. He communicated well; he got the old one out and the new one installed within an hour and a half. And he left the area cleaner than it had been before. We couldn't be more pleased! I figure that we have ourselves a regular plumber now when we need one.

Fast and courteous service. Very responsive. Our plumber Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable.
**Update: scheduled a second service and it was a disaster. They came to install a sink that they had looked at the first time they had come. Now they were unable to install it and yet still had to charge me for two plumbers to be there. I won't be using them again.

It's pretty hard to part with the money it takes to replace your entire water main line, but the folks at Morgan Miller Plumbing make it hurt alot less. Super friendly, super professional and they did excellent work. Brandon and Zach explained every issue that came up, to keep me in the loop and they left a really nicely graded, seeded yard when they were finished. Floor and carpet runners and booties helped keep the inside of my home clean as well. It's also impressive in today's society when someone says they'll be there at 8am and this is what you see at 8am. Highly recommend these guys.

Morgan Miller has consistently provided excellent service! We have used Morgan Miller for help with our main line drain, bathroom sink drains, and toilet leak issues. They have always been professional, on time, and thorough in explaining what the problem is and providing options on how to fix it. Prices are fair and work is well done!

I recently had the pleasure of using Morgan Miller Plumbing for a broken dishwasher water connector in my kitchen on Jan. 3rd.

We returned from a holiday vacation and luckily we turned off all the water. But once we turned everything back on it started raining in the basement and scared the heck out of us as we didn't understand where all the water was coming from. Due to the holiday we could not find anybody to come out on that Monday afternoon, but Morgan Miller was able to send us a person that following Tuesday morning. Our technician was on time, courteous, put on the shoe cover ups and went to search for our problem. He discovered that somehow our dishwasher connector was broke and that was what was causing all the water leakage. He called another technician and had them bring the part to our house and the problem was fixed within a few hours. He took great care to keep my kitchen clean throughout the repair process.

The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable, especially since they give you a discount for being a first time user. The technician even took the time to show me where the part leaked and left me the part plus a email to show the insurance in case I need to make a claim.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Morgan Miller Plumbing Company. They were prompt, professional, and affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Called in the morning for some issues regarding the dishwasher water supply and within an hour someone was on their way. Don was knowledgeable and professional and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes of being here. He even gave me some tips on some other future issues my girl and I can tackle together. Extremely satisfied with Morgan Miller Plumbing and will 100% use again.

We paid $3,000 for Morgan Miller to hook up our new refrigerator, dishwasher, two vanities and shower controls. They also did some repair to the shower head in the wall.

The next day the refrigerator had leaked a puddle on our new hardwoods and both vanities leaked puddles on our bathroom floors. They said it was due to a "new guy" hooking it all up.
They fixed it.

Few month down the road our guest bathroom leaked again damaging our baseboards and vanity this time. Didn't call Morgan, hired somebody else to come fix it.

A few more months later our kitchen sink started to leak. Called Morgan and explained that we wanted to hire another company and wanted them to pay for it. They agreed but wanted to see the work that was done at the home.

Came out and looked at everything, explained that the drains in the walls are in the wrong position (That was not their doing) and that the kitchen does need replumbed and probably not safe to use the dishwasher either. The two men were talking to each other indicating a bunch of problems in the plumbing with the kitchen.

Said they would pay for it but couldn't keep paying for repairs until the drains were addressed.

I asked them to leave. And wont accept any money from them.
Why didn't they bring up the drains when they were here the first time? It came off as we just wanted something for free. Keep our $3,000. Just beware. They are not (or at least the employees we got) master plumbers as they state. Offered to pay for some repairs but why has it taken 3 times to get it right?

The other company we have hired gets it right the first time each time. Drains in bad positions or not.

What a waste of money. Beware, Look elsewhere.
