Every time I call to set an appointment the receptionist Lisa is always very rude & unprofessional. I’m calling and setting appointments for health concerns & it seems that when I do I get this unnecessary attitude. The nurses are always really nice but setting/making/and checking in is the most frustrating part because of the greeting.

I havent had any problems except I few points but mr Murphy excused them due to my circumstances, and plus anytime I'm sick with out an appointment they always find a way to squeeze me in every time. They have awesome staff, keep up the good work, and all you have to due is be patient and talk with them communication is key to everything

We love 36th street clinic. I have always had fast and friendly service from receptionists up front. We take our kids to see Sandy Gilbertson and she is amazing. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things to you. You can tell that she cares about her patients. I would highly recommend.

I only have good things to say about my experience here. I see a nurse practitioner, Heather and she is great. I’m happy w the treatment we’ve gotten.

I was spoken to very rudely by the receptionist. My daughters PCP retired, and with all the people from his practice needing to find a new doctor as well, you can imagine that it was hard to find a doctor in town excepting new patience. It also takes some time researching for a new PCP, you just dont pick any ole random one. When we finally found one, he was booked out several months, stating they have taken on a lot of Dr. Levene's old case load, imagine that! The RUDE receptionist blamed my daughter for not gettin in in time to have her monthly meds managed and said their office will not be able to help her since she's had since December to find a new PCP. Be warned, if they wont help an autistic person how much do you think they care about your needs?

Tried to call to become a new patient and the receptionist was so incompetent. After putting us on hold 3 times and not even getting the insurance information she said they couldn't check to see if they took his insurance without him being a patient already. Like WHAT lol okay guess we'll look else where.

They do not care about you getting better especially the fake nurse practitioners who act as doctors.
