Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph - Urgent Care

Worst experience ever never use mosaic again.
Would not allow me to be with 82 y/o mother, hard of hearing, doesn't quite
Understand.
Made me leave building couldn't talk to her.

The drs and all staff were so patient with my son! He got bit by a dog and was pretty shaken up and didn’t cooperate very well when getting stitches. Misty and her staff were so kind and caring with my son which made the experience a lot easier! I appreciate everything they did and the time they took to keep him calm especially with it being at the end of the day.

I was very impressed with my experience here, I had to bring my two year old son with me to be seen and we were treated amazing by every staff member there. He was given multiple stickers, a book, and goldfish. They patiently listened to his silly stories and were nothing but nice to us. I was a walk in patient, the wait wasn’t too terribly long, I was seen and listened to and got a quick strep test and results. I was Definitely impressed and will be recommending people to go here. Thank you to this amazing staff.

Horrible experience. I could hear the staff talking about me & making rude comments about me while I was still in the room. The nurse practitioner wouldn’t listen and disregard everything that I said. I will NEVER recommend this so called health care facility to anyone.

My experience was good, i got strep, they didnt do the worst strep test, they just did the quick one and the doctor was good.

Besides being diagnosed with COVID, the attention i received was in a timely manner and with care and compassion. The staff was friendly and professional.
