Bright, clean room, spotless actually. Owner was Awesome on phone checking availability on the road and during check in. All Good.

I don’t have high standards for a motel room and have had good experiences with Motel 6s in the past. This is not one of them. I mostly just want a bed and a clean room, preferably a microwave and mini fridge. I requested a first floor room due to disability. They gave me a second floor, no elevator, and told me they have no way of changing the room since I pre-paid? We had 5 minutes to leave our stuff in the room and take off for more scheduled touring, so we slowly and painfully make our way up to do that and arrive back at night. After we get unpacked and settled in, I realize the sink/counter has not been cleaned off at all; it was quite dirty. Neither have the sheets after turning them down. Plus the thin top blanket has a cigarette hole in it. The floor was also not clean. The place smelled bad despite most rooms having no smoking signs. And I don’t mean permanent stains on the sheets, I mean there are physical items on both that need to be cleaned, so the sheets weren’t washed. Too late/too tired/too difficult to go down deal with it, since the phone also did not work. Slept on top of the top sheet. TV is tiny. Fridge didn’t feel very cold; had to put my hand on the interior side to feel that it was working at all. Wanted to request a do not disturb sign to avoid cleaning while there, but we obviously needed the room cleaned, which meant having to bring all our valuables with us back down the stairs (and up again later). Again, I’m disabled and can barely get up the stairs at all. Wanted an extra blanket, but again the phone does not work. Fine. Go to crank up the heat, and I can easily see the vent has not been cleaned in—my estimate—10 years. At least the smell of human skin (dust) covered up the cigarette smell. It was very loud; the sound of it turning off and on throughout the night woke us repeatedly. The walls are paper thin. Could hear neighbors turning their faucets off and on, doors, footsteps shaking the room, cars outside. I’ve stayed on the first floor with people above us in others without this much noise. Outlets were hidden and not enough of them. Most of this stuff I wouldn’t even care so much about, but the filthy second floor room was enough to make the rest of it very irritating. The next day after they finally cleaned (except for the floor), I found they didn’t replace the disposable cup I used with another after they took it. I had called the front desk from my cell phone to have them fix phone, and they said they’d check on it. Returned at night; it still did not work. And quite disturbingly, when we returned, the door as not even latched shut, so anyone could have come in and taken the stuff we had to leave in the room. This one experience in this old, dirty building may mean no more Motel 6s. Oh, and despite being an indoor pool (so year round), the water-filled pool was closed according to signage.

Rooms were not clean. Had to wait for desk service. Very limited amenities, no shampoo or kleenex in room.

Serviceable hotel, if you like a bed that feels like a rock and a bed that looks questionable if the linens have been cleaned since the pandemic. Completely out of date and just not a pleasant experience. If you're desperate, I guess you at least have a bed to sleep in.

The bathroom tiles were all broken and alway hurt my feet. I had to clean my tub as it was filthy. Would not stay at this place again. I will spend a little more to have cleanliness

Stopped in to get a room, nobody came to the front desk

Stood there for over 35 minutes, along with 2 other guys. Finally left, will not be back.

Bed Are comfy looks nice in and out. But issue was couldn’t find parking. Then room was freezing when we got here and as I was laying in bed my child told me she found 3 roaches in the bathroom. I’m glad we didn’t bring stuff in with us and we r only crashing for a few hours. But I do know I won’t stay here again. Also the blankets smelled of smoke. Not good for my health nor my daughters. We both had asthma and I have heart disease. So this was an issue for us.

Dirty rooms. Actual dried urine on floor in front of toilet. Dried ick on bureau by TV. Manager acts like he couldn't care less. Pool closed because of COvid? Should have indicated on website.

No pool for the kids, no shampoo, not enough towels, no tv in the lobby so I don’t wake up my kids in the am no breakfast completely unapologetic about everything! Blame Covid that works! Beer cans in the parking area overpriced

Probably could have had a better room if it wasn't a smoking room. But we needed someplace to stop with our dog and get a good night's sleep and that's what we had.

I give this hotel a rating of "OK"/ 2 's, is because reception was nice. Me and my husband have stayed in this hotel two times. The first time we stayed, throughout the day it was fine. But later at night, they ended up renting our room out to another couple. That couple was given key cards to our room. We were trying to sleep that night when they tried unlocking the door and getting in, thank God my husband decided to deadbolt the door that night. It was a bit scary to be honest. We opened the door and explained to them that this room was already rented out, and they went back down to reception. Well, we are now staying at this hotel again because a family member booked us a night here. Reception is friendly, as they were last time as well. So reception isn't the problem this time. No no, this time it was the room. It seemed as if this time housekeeping didn't even get a chance at this room before the person who stayed before us left. There was ham sitting in the mini fridge, yellow stains on the tub and blankets, as well as a cigarette burn hole in the sheets. We were also looking forward to swimming in the pool, but it was closed, to make a bad day even worse. The fridge doesn't keep things cold either, it barely kept my three cans of soda cold. One last thing I have to say about the room, the air conditioner. The room has an air conditioner in it already, but apparently it doesn't go below 60, but the room stays hot no matter what. It seems like they've put a limit on the air conditioner to keep people from turning it way too high or low. Well, this air condition in the room we were staying in, (209), isn't hardly blowing out any air. We can barely even sleep with sheets on. Overall, the stay here wasn't even close to what we were hoping, I hope things change next time.

P. S: With the pool situation, my husband called the reception to see if the pool would be open again that night. They told him no and that he would have to go to the pool of another hotel. One called Baymont? We have never stayed there before, but we thought it was a bit strange to recommend your customers go to another hotel instead of yours ahah.

Very nice people were outgoing and Friendly. 4 the PRICE U can't beat it. I would stay here again. Thank U for your hospitality.

No bed covers on any beds 1st room tried to give us water all over the floor room stunk 2nd room was a little better but not great so checked out early. Manager said I was getting a refund still waiting! Wife and I both decided even if only option will never stay again. O no pool

The rooms were outdated an bed very uncomfortable. The rates are what attracted me. The location not to bad from downtown. But would enjoy more modern room an beds. The staff was very friendly though an I appreciate them.

The beds are horrible, no elevator, the pool is still closed because covid and the hallways smell so strongly of Marijuana that I had to put a towel in front of the door. The floors are creaky and thin, parking was annoying. The staff were fantastic and the ac (once I turned it on and it started working) was great

I’ve been staying at this Motel 6 in Hannibal, Mo for the last 2 months due to a travel work contract and would absolutely recommend staying here! Although the room isn’t fancy, it’s very clean, had a comfortable bed to sleep in, and was quiet which ensured a peaceful night’s rest. All of the motel employee staff were quick to respond/address/assist with any questions or concerns. The owners are professional but very personable and caring with a genuine interest in providing an optimal stay at their establishment. An added bonus is they allow dogs with no fees as long as your dog is crated if you’re out of the room, you clean up after your dog, and your dog does not disturb other patrons with noise (barking, crying, whining) or behaviors which I consider to be a standard expectation of any pet owner.

Was quite clean and neat in a minimalist way that I appreciate. Be aware, however, that you will need to bring your own basics, as nothing is provided except toilet paper and two towels (one of which needs to serve as a bath mat on the tile floor). I don't understand the lack of washcloths.

There was rotten seafood in the fridge when we checked in. Walls are paper thin so if your neighbors are awake, so are you. I got bit by what I assume was a spider since I saw one crawling on the floor. The AC was louder than the neighbors and the parking lot was a solid cloud of cigarette smoke. I could see the popcorn finish on the ceiling coming off. There was black hair in the “clean” towels. There wasn’t anyone at the desk, you have to call them wait to be checked in.

Hallway smells of stale beer and marijuana. My room is out dated an unclean. The tub has what looks to me mid or caulking all over the bottom of it, the drawers were disgusting, the fridge has beer and raw meat in a zip lock baggie in it from previous guests, burn holes in the comforters from cigarettes. The pool is closed and no where in the website did it mention that it was down due to renovations. The kids ride in the car for nearly 3 hours to be disappointed. They don’t offer breakfast due to staffing shortage. Very unimpressed and will not return. Finishing my stay because we already paid.

The room next to me had issues which woke me up at 630 am, after having to ask the staff to do something about it they told they'd have maintenance look into which forced me to insist it was handled right away. By then I was beyond irritated and unable to sleep after getting there at 1am. I wanted it to be made right as the entire point of my stay was to get some sleep and get back on the road which I wasn't able to do, and the staff gave me even more trouble. Telling me things can just go wrong at anytime and they're not responsible for it. Actually sir, that is exactly what you are responsible for. I was standing there in with the general managr literally arguing with me that it shouldn't be their problem and he wasn't refunding me. Then continued to laugh when I said I'd have no choice but to let future customers know this is how they handle things. I just wanted acknowledgement and some compensating but instead was dismissed and disrespected. I walked away, called my credit card company and canceled the payment. This information will be shared on every travel and web search page. Spend the extra 30 bucks and stay ANYWHERE ELSE
