Mrs Anderson's Pet Groom & Dog, Webster Groves MO

I take my cat in to Mrs. Andersons every 3 weeks to get her nails trimmed. They do an excellent job and are very kind to my crabby cat. The customer service is excellent and the charge is quite reasonable.

Would not recommend getting a cat groomed here. Cats tend to be more skittish and this place is extremely loud and the dog/urine odor is very strong as soon as you walk in. Maybe that's just a standard wet dog smell, but it is not a pleasant scent. My cat is very friendly, even at the vet. After I dropped my cat off they called me within 30 minutes and told me I had to pick him up. He was hissing and they couldn't get him out of his carrier which is very unlike him. But when you walk in and all you hear are dogs screaming and yipping and barking. No wonder my cat got scared. Later that day I was able to take my cat to Petco, which I didn't realize offered cat grooming services. It was very peaceful and calm. He was a complete angel and they were able to do the grooming quickly with no problem at all.

They show so much care towards the pets they service and the grooming is consistent and exactly what I ask for.

Mrs. Anderson' is absolutely AMAZING! They treat the fur babies so nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog did not come back traumatized and he looked and smelled fabulous! I will go no where else moving forward!

First time w Mrs. A and I had an amazing experience. Already booked fr a return visit. Left styling entirely up to groomer and she was spot on w it. Have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.

DO NOT bring your golden retriever to Mrs. Anderson's for grooming. They are not aware that goldens should NEVER be shaved down to the skin. We will not use them again.

My yorkie Max was given a very choppy and uneven cut. He came home limping. I’m asking for a full refund.

Seems only the Karen type doodle owners have a problem with this place. Been taking my three dogs here for 5 years and never once had a problem. One of my now passed dogs had cherry eye and they were extremely considerate of his condition, on top of still taking him in! I have a short haired dog as well as long curly hair and they both come out smelling and looking fabulous! Very kind and efficient customer service, it’s clear the complainers here have no idea what it’s like to run a company. Efficiency and kindness are balanced. Love love love this company and will continue to recommend other animal lovers to their services! Thank you mrs Anderson’s!

Horrible service, what a waste of time using this place. If you love your dog, do not bring to this establishment.

My dogs had a great visit. Friendly staff. Took the time to comb out and spiff up my Aussie. A big job.

Never again. Obviously this grooming salon knows nothing of the beauty of LONG-HAIRED miniature dachshunds and they SHAVED my boy like he is a poodle. I even said, I wanted his long hair "feathered" and she didn't understand that term. I regret leaving my dog behind with the comment "I trust you, you're the professional". Wrong. Not.
