I wasn’t excepting such a bad experience. The salesman Mike was not helpful, nice or wanted to even talk about selling the car. He wouldn’t even negotiate a price. Also, didn’t even try to work with us with the price he was offering. He wasn’t enthusiastic or giving off the energy he wanted to sell. I had full intentions of wanting to buy a car but he would not work with us. He didn’t even offer to take us inside to sit and work with the numbers. My family and I were very unimpressed with the way we were treated.

Candace is one of the best at what she does. Her ability to consistently demonstrate personal integrity, expertise (maybe unmatched) and empathy made it a no-brainer to choose Mungenast for our next car. The rest of the team was also fantastic - friendly, personable and professional. A memory I'll take with me is Candace and Steve literally wrestling the car seat out of my car. Thanks for going above and beyond to make buying a "new" car easy during a pandemic!

We had the most HORRIBLE experience at this dealer. We called ahead of time to make sure the car we wanted was in stock. The salesperson "M" said yes and said it was okay for us to test drive. We drove for an hour to get there only to find out that the car was sold the day before. The salesperson didn't even apologize to us and made up excuses. We were definitely not welcomed there. Horrible customer service.
