I’ve been running my physical therapy practice out of MVP for about six months, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and supportive of their clients. I am confident in the continued care that the trainers provide my patients who discharge from PT. The atmosphere is very positive and everyone is very motivating, no matter where you're at on your fitness journey. Mariah, the massage therapist, is very compassionate about the care she provides. Highly recommend checking them out!

Great staff that are all very thoughtful and understand your needs while providing tangible results. I really feel that my needs are heard and the staff continue to deliver each and every time I'm there!

More than a gym. MVP defines fitness center. The work out facilities are top notch with a feeling of exclusivity. Small, but everything you need and well -placed so you never feel crowded. Then they add massage and PT. Mike, the owner, is not only friendly and personable, but crazy smart and committed to excellence. He explains things well to even us fitness novices. Mike assessed my physical condition and produced a sustainable regimen for me to follow, then guided me along the path until I was proficient with the equipment and exercises. Highly recommended.

I love Michael’s group workout classes! My classmates are fun and at the same time, Michael helps me to achieve the workout goals I have for myself. I have a torn labrum and rotator cuff and he gives me other exercises to accommodate this injury. I would recommend Michael and MVP Fitness to everyone!
I have also had 2 great massages at MVP Fitness that have helped with my injury. I would recommend that part of MVP as well!

Staff is very welcoming and offers group classes that are perfect for both tenured gym enthusiast AND beginners. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere and staff here are excellent. I have been working with Jacob for almost 2 months and am regularly impressed with the new directions that I have been pushed. It is the perfect amount. The focus on building you a personalized plan and adjusting as needed is much appreciated. I also love that I never walk away questioning the directions I am given to continue building on everything at home.

I've struggled with hypermobility issues my entire life and avoided physical activity due to recurring injuries. I was dealing with persistant joint pain, and decided to give MVP a try after learning that strength training can alleviate strain in joints.

I've been working with Jessica for 6 months and I have built strength for the first time in my life. She's encouraged me to improve my mind muscle connection which has significantly impacted my confidence in movement. She is very knowledge and adjusts routines to support my needs and capabilities. Her investment in my training has been a huge part of my ability to consistently train without injuries. Highly recommend!

Altho I only got to go a few times to Michael due to my work schedules I feel he has helped me with extended strengthening excersises due to total knee replacement- I highly recommend him to anyone- very professional

Michael has helped me with my recovery after a biceps tear and an ACL/meniscus repair. He has been able to design a plan to meet my goals and adjust the plan according to my limitations. Jess and then other trainers are great!

Jessica is wonderful! She worked me hard and fixed my back but she also gave me exercises to do at home so I won’t hurt myself again. This is a great facility with friendly people who know what they’re doing.

MVP fitness Is a great place to train. I had a personal trainer, Jacob, who was great and very knowledgeable. Jacob helped me get back into shape while also looking out for previous injuries I had. He was easy to talk to and communicated well. It’s an awesome place with awesome people!

After a shoulder dislocation and finishing physical therapy, I was still having troubles and needed to strengthen my shoulder and find a way to get back to a normal workout routine.

Some I've been here, I've seen a lot of improvement and am much more confident in working out without risking reinjury.
