Recently purchased a car and the experience was amazing. They were helpful and the prices were great. They provide a car fax report and explained everything. The best part was the battery was actually bad and they went out of their way to drive to my home and replace the battery! Would definitely recommend!

This place is a complete joke! They won’t be in business long! They are selling complete lemons! Within 10 days of having my car it broke down completely with flashing check engine light before even receiving the title for my vehicle. It had broke down 3 times in the first week. They were completely unwilling to help at all and all they said was sometimes this happens. He also said he lets his employees drive the cars home to “test” them and make sure they are good! Lol! Since sometimes it happens here, DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU! Just trying to help the next person.

Within a few months of having my car, my transmission completely went out. Called them for days and they wouldn’t answer, finally called them with a different number and they answered. I told them what happened and the guy told me he would ask and call me back. NEVER DID. I ended up spending $4500 to get a new transmission put in. When I bought the car for $5000. Don’t recommend this place at all. Complete joke.

My family and I went looking for a quality SUV yesterday big enough to fit our large family at we found it at a great price here!
We stopped by several other dealerships from Arkansas all the up through Branson and Finally found ourselves in Springfield at the end of the day with no luck until then.
All the other dealerships were way over priced and many of the vehicles we looked at were in questionable condition.
The staff at My Car Guy were very professional and friendly. The buying process was easy and there were no hidden costs.
We drove our newly purchased SUV over 100 miles that night and it runs like a dream.
We'll definitely be doing business with them again in the future!

My car guy grew these guys ride up front. They just making a little bit of money and they want to make sure when you drive a vehicle off that you were going to be satisfied with it, do you save a lot of money and you these guys are where it’s at thank you so much Mercy appreciate it you come see these guys and you’ll leave with a smile on your face.

Went here just to look at a Mercedes for a couple minutes and ended up taking it for a test drive and getting all the info we needed in a quick time! Everyone here was super kind and it felt like they were actually looking out for our best interests.

I bought a 2008 Dodge Charger from them a month and a half ago and am pleased with the car. Great people. Great service. I would recommend them to anyone.
