Myers plumbing was very efficient in handling my plumbing needs, Mr Seth worked effortlessly and tirelessly to solve and fix my problem I would recommend the company for all your plumbing needs

I own 12 properties, and needed a water pressure regulator installed, and some miscellaneous piping work. Tried to pay the guy repeatedly, and he would never meet up, so I finally mailed a certified check. Months later, he calls me up and accused me of not paying him. I confirmed that the check was sent to him and he asked me to go to my bank to confirm. Calls me back 20 minutes later, saying it was his mistake, I had paid him. Messaged him for more work, and he doesn’t respond. I want to thank him though, because I have been going to YouTube to learn how to this all myself. I dealt with the son. Quality of work was good, response times unacceptable. I could not run my business the way he runs his. Told me over the phone he manages rental contracts, so my business was beneath him. For my business if some wish says they want to give me money, I’m in the car quick, fast, and in a hurry. I have mortgages to pay and would not stay in business with his mindset. To be fair, other contractors have similar issues. There is a huge need for tradesman in the area.

This company is AMAZING! We manage over 1000 rental properties and they are our only plumbers. They answer at all times of the day. Emergency at 2am? No problem at all! They are there in a flash. Their work is the best I've seen; we never have callbacks from them. And their customer service is untouchable. Our tenants often tell us how personable and nice they were while taking care of the issue. I can't stress enough how thankful we are to have these guys working with us; we would be lost without them.

We had an expected emergency. Both our toilets and bath tubs were backed up with water having no where to go. We made a called and Myers was at our home within 15 mins. He knew exactly what to do, and was very friendly, professional and informative of what we need to do to prevent this from happening again. We also lost our cat during the time Myers arrive and he also helped looking her when he didn't have to. Great experience and great service. We will definitely be using his services again!

I called about a leaking water heater and Seth made time in his day to stop by almost immediately. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it right away for less than I expected the cost to be. I would recommend Myers over and over!

After having a new fridge put in at my Mom’s the installers said they shut the water line off to the fridge since the new unit did not have an ice maker. Several days later we noticed water was dripping steadily out from under the house where the fridge is located. The fridge installers came out to inspect their work and said the water line valve would not shut off completely because it had lime build up/corrosion so we’d need a plumber. We initially called a plumber that had been recommended, but they did not return my call so I began searching online and found Myers Affordable Plumbing in Richland, MO. I’m so glad I did! It was a Sunday morning and Mac answered immediately, when I explained the issue he said he’d be out later that morning and asked me to text him our address. I expected it to be a few hours before he got there but he arrived in less than an hour, quickly assessed the leak and had everything repaired (he was able to cap the line so we still have it if we ever decided to hook up an ice maker to our fridge) and back up in less than 30 minutes! I expected a higher cost since it was an emergency call on a weekend, but when he told us how much we owed we felt like he gave an extremely reasonable price. He was professional, thorough, quick, and fair priced. Any time I need a plumber I will use Myers Affordable Plumbing and I would recommend him to anyone in the area too!

Myers is a locally owned, one man small business which I will gladly support. With that being said I knew if he did not answer he was working on another call so I left a detailed VM in which he responded to within 15 minutes, we discussed the issue briefly and agreed on a time to meet. My schedule is a bit complicated so I was relieved he could work around the time I could be home. I had hired a pressure washing service, they attached their equipment to my spigot and started working thankfully my niece noticed water pouring into my basement. I hadn’t detached my hose through the winter which caused the pipe to crack. Seth was at my house earlier than expected and got right to work. He was quick, efficient, friendly, informative and the best part affordable. I HIGHLY recommend Myers Affordable Plumbing!

This is my first time ever using a plumber. On the phone he seemed a little snappy so I was hesitant about using him, however, I am very glad I did. He was very nice and professional and actually took the time to teach me some of the components of my water heater. I paid $133 for labor and parts on a weekend with no notice, and my renters got hot water, it had now been about three months and we have had no issues. Thank you!

The best plumbing company around! Mac is very professional and knowledgeable. Made the call and he was at my home within 45 mins to diagnose the problem and then had it fixed in less than 30. His rates are great too! Very good company with great results. Will only call Myers from now on for any plumbing issues.
