HORRIBLE PPL SLUM LORDS WHO ARE ONLY OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY THEY CREATE FAKE GOOD REVIEWS ON THEMSELVES WHEN THEY ARE ONE OF THE WORST RENTAL COMPANIES IN KC WITH HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE THAT DO HORRIBLE REPAIRS THEN BLAME THE TENANTS IN ORDER TO MILK EXTRA MONEY FROM THEM DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ITLL BE THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE BAD COMMUNICATION PURPOSELY IGNORE YOU AND YOUR ISSUES UNTIL ITS TIME FOR YOU TO MOVE OUT TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Poor management, horrible handy work, and they never come to fix anything until inspection time and they blame the tenants for damages that were caused by horrible repairs! I recommend you not go through them at all! And to the owner, that does not excuse the way we were treated the entire time, getting blamed for plumbing repairs gone wrong, electrical wires hooked up to where it could start a fire! We had to call the fire department and they had to cut the power to the hallway, my daughter's room, and the living room, all because the wires weren't hooked up right, the sink in the kitchen stopped draining, and the bathroom sink, then the toilet stopped working and eventually the whole bathroom altogether! And the only reason we got put out is because I said that if we had to pay for all those repairs, it should come off our rent, so they put us out, after getting paid!

Very unprofessional lack of communication skills every property that I went and looked at had roaches and mice The property management don’t even have a actual office. They only have a mailbox at the address that they has listed for their office. Don’t waste your time or your money. These people are a joke.

If you are looking for a supportive, experienced Property Manager in KC, look no further. Especially if you are a remote investor or simply have a place to rent, Peter and his team will handhold you through all of the steps of being a landlord. Highly recommended.

Trash. They lie, no communication skills, they don't have an actual office. They are Frauds. Keep your energy and money it's NOT worth it.

HORRIBLE! They do not communicate or respond efficiently, this company is more concerned with getting rent money then actually helping you and making sure things get done in the residence. This is a new PM company for us and we are having the same issues as we did before nothing has changed or been resolved

The rental property we were in had several pm companies while we lived there and this was definitely the best one! (The others were awful)

They responded to messages/emails/calls in a timely manor. Their maintenance team sent actual plumbers to fix a drain issue we had for years which others slapped bandaids over. I’ve always told friends to never rent from a pm company… but I would actually recommend this company to others.

Also, they were always friendly which was a huge perk!

The lack of communication and able to get ahold of anyone concerning a maintenance emergency issue is frustrating. To where now my place is declared not safe and liveable by the city. Not to mention still no contact after numerous calls, text, and emails. I hope to hear from someone soon and put into another property or mine fixed.

I Have nothing good to say about this new company that took over my residence in October. No emergency maintenance. Have not had a back door since Nov 9th and on Christmas my ceiling fell in and flooded my place here we are day number 5 no ceiling, and soaked carpets. Firefighters ordered me to leave due to not liveable or safe and still haven't heard from anyone bout being put into another property or hotel til repairs are made

I’ve been struggling a lot recently with just one thing after another at the house breaking Peter has been a big help in making sure to be open about communicating how things are going and getting back to my questions in a timely matter.
