Great old-school garage. Not pretty to behold, but temendous, personal service at a reasonable price!

I’ve been debating on leaving this for a minute but the more I sit back and think about it I was not treated fairly. So I’m going to explain in great detail my experience, it’s long but I’m over it. They only worth the 1 star bc I had a 2007 Toyota Camry and it needed some work (mechanical issues I think it was some type of pump and hose) this was approximately 5 years ago or so. I took it to them and had absolutely no issues they were great. Fast forward to 3 years or so later. I got a brand new car at the end of 2020. I got hit while parked at work in the middle of 2021. The damage looked minimal but with it being a new car the estimate was just over $5k. Part of it being a headlight that was $875 alone, keep that in mind. So I decided to go with them because they were close to my house and had good ratings on here 5 stars actually. Also I’m all about supporting local! I dropped my car off (May 10,2021) for about 3 weeks or so and got the call it was finished. I picked it up (May 29,2021) and went straight to six flags to meet my family that was in town. My brother points out how the paint looked, which was like someone spray painted it. There were bubbles in the paint and you could see where they taped it off. Then upon further inspection, it was the same exact headlight and they clearly didn’t replace it. You can still see the scuff on it from when I was hit and the spot under the light on the opposite side I was hit on the plastic fell off. I called the store and this was during Covid, so I wasn’t having any luck. I hurt my ankle badly and was on crutches. I couldn’t get up there, so I emailed and finally got an email back asking me to stop by. I stopped by thinking I was going to just drop it off and he pretty much looked at it for 2 secs and told me he’d have to order the parts that everything was on back order from Covid stuff was delayed. I called a couple times, but have never heard back from them. I probably should have just went up there, but I don’t know much and have major anxiety about things like this. Especially bc it should have been done right the first time and they expressed to me multiple times they’d contact me when the parts got there. I don’t think it’s my responsibility to keep having to contact them. Now here I am with moisture in my headlight and it now flickers. My brother begged to go up there for me bc this was my first brand new car that I worked so hard for, it’s very disheartening. I strongly dislike confrontation and they didn’t make me pay my deductible. Now I see why. Wishing I would have spoken up for myself. Sooooo currently irritated and beating myself up about to spend my own money on a headlight now, so that’s fun. So long story short if you need mechanical work they might be the spot, but as far as calling themselves an auto body shop idk about that.

This is my favorite and only place to go! Every single car that I’ve had they’ve worked on. Even my new Jeep they work on that too. I just love them and how family oriented they are and how they treat everyone else like family. They may crack a joke or two but they’ll get the job done! They are very honest as well. They are the best. Thank you all for your amazing and genuine service. We love you guys!

This place is great. They do good/thorough work, are extremely affordable, and enjoyable to be around. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I absolutely would recommend Nader &Sons to everyone. They always take great care of me and my ride. They really are wonderful people and do great mechanic work.

They stayed late to change my oil, and were so above and beyond nice.

I’m so happy to have found honest, reliable, inexpensive mechanics in the city. I’ve taken two cars to Nader and Son’s in the past couple months and had great experiences both times. I’m planning to go here for all future car repair needs.
The first time, I brought my car in with engine issues. They figured out what was wrong, found an active recall on part of my engine, and saved me thousands of dollars by encouraging me to call the dealership instead of getting it fixed there. They charged me nothing for this, and now my car is getting a new engine for free.
The second time, they worked hard to try to find used parts/keep costs low to fit my budget. The total cost was a few hundred dollars less than expected from online estimates, and repair was done well. Trustworthy, reliable mechanics. Highly recommend.

Took my Nissan Murano to the guys and they were all very friendly and helpful. They took care of me and you can't beat the prices. They rock!

Nader and Sons is a Goldmine for the auto repair business in St. Louis. This family owned business has been around about 40 years and is the 'real deal' with reasonable pricing standing behind their work and excellent customer service with a friendly atmosphere. I left there thinking how great it was dealing with a business so obviously run with 'integrity"!

This shop is super professional reasonably priced and they work really fast. They fix my car’s brakes and now it feels much better. Will definitely go back for any car problems and I highly recommend them.

Nader & Sons is the best shop in the St. Louis area. They take the time to explain issues in plain terms and are up front with cost and repair timeline - which are always affordable and reasonable. Despite always being extremely busy, they take the time to warmly greet all customers and ask how they've been. Truly a family-feeling environment. Auto repair is complex and difficult work - that they put in extra effort and provide amazing customer service is above and beyond. Thanks Nadar family!
