Nail Max, Independence MO

I had a great experience at Nail Max. I went with my 11-year-old daughter and her friend. We all got Christmas nails and they are super cute. My daughter loved her nails and she’s very hard to please lol. Customer service was great and they were very attentive to our specific wants. I would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Theo is a sweet young lady. She was so patient with me, as I am not a "regular" and she helped me decide on the perfect color. She was low pressure about my choice of pedi and non-gel selection. Will definitely be back.

Went in with my daughter to get our nails done was going to get both a manicure & pedicure, the staff looked at us crazy when we immediately walked in asking what we needed. All chairs were filled in which they didn’t let me know what the wait time would be and as soon another customer came in they greeted her nicely letting her know the wait time. Left due to rude service and unprofessionalism.

When I asked for extra attention to a particular toe I recieved a dirty look. She was in too much of a rush. Not personable at all.

Customer service is awful. I used to go here but now the only time I do is when it’s my last resort. The guy who I believe is the owner or manager has a very rude town and almost seems like he’s yelling at you. Also very aggressive when doing nails. Go to beauty nail bar!

Very poor custom service. I have coming here for years but the last several times they have been so rude, as if they don't want to be bothered and interrupted from their cell phones.

I have been here a couple times. My first time I got gel acrylics they started bubbling and peeling a couple days after I got them done. This recent time I went last week for a pedicure (gel) the day I got them done I came home and noticed a whole layer peeled (first photo) they continued to peel and today I got out of my shower and noticed it’s peeling all the way (2nd photo) I literally got them done lees then a week ago…‍️ NOT coming back here ever again!

This place is great if your not worried about people not wearing mask along with no barrier.

I used to come to Nail Max a lot because I loved the atmosphere. But now I go and I feel like the ladies are mad because I want to PAY to have my nails done. They have no patience for their clients. After 2 days, my nails were peeling (not pictured) and my middle nail popped off. I went to get it fixed and and today the same one popped off and I had to super glue it myself. It’s frustrating because I paid $60 for cheap nails and a hostile environment. To top it all off, they tried to charge me $5 extra dollars because I chose a coffin style nail shape. Absolutely ridiculous. I will find someone else who appreciates my business.

I did love coming here because they do an awesome job at nails! But I just recently got my nails done here and was criticized & put down about my tattoo and the cuts on my arm.so I definitely won’t be coming back. Ever.:)

While there my mother in law was called fat and her nails were messed up. When we called back the same lady answered and was rude again. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! COMPLETELY SHOCKED AT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

Dan the owner is hilarious and makes you feel super welcome. Did a fantastic job on my nails and feet. I'm coming here from now on

Very frustrating going here the experience was less then satisfactory I felt like I was wasting money and I won't be returning.

So first time going and i felt welcome the lady was fast but good. And the prices are great too!

I showed them what i wanted and that woman did the total opposite and i asked for cuffin and she didn’t even do that and they curve.will not go back i don’t like them and i took 2 off my cousins and they did the same thing.that’s what i asked her for and what i got

My daughter and I had an appointment on June 27 2020 went to pay they charge my 8 year old full price as an adult but what really got me after I had already tipped both girl was I went to check my back account and they took out an extra $9.00. I work in the beauty industry as well and this in unethical and I will make sure I sped the word of how they run their business. Please be cautious
