This is my first time coming to this nail shop a the rules are not right. They expect you to pay before your service like what places does that.i will not be coming back here

I came in at 12 there 5 customers and 5 workers I was waiting for specific person who were doin nails, I'm getting a pedicure it's 130 why I'm I still waiting

Number 2, cuz they go by numbers was horrible she rush, didn't use a divider to color which your supposed to use. I had better service from the guy that do Pedicure

Quality of pedicure was not too bad. Very nice staff and you pay beforehand but I totally get it! A little more focus on the ambiance would make it a five star experience…but I also totally get that part of providing services in the city. I’d come back for sure Deluxe Pedicure for $60

I went to get my eyebrows done today. She did a horrible job! My eyebrows look worse than what they did when I showed up! She cut off entirely too much of my eyebrows. She tried to convince me that the hair was still there it clearly is not. My eyebrows are hideous! They really do not even look professionally done! The lady who does the lashes who’s at the front of the building, she knew that my eyebrows was not done correctly.

One is a totally different then the other one. The left eyebrow has a more distinct arch with the end of the eyebrow completely gone. The right eyebrow is more round. It looks horrible I am so upset and if I could’ve given them a zero for a rating I would have. I have gone here many times. In the last few times I have seen Customer Service and professional services decline. I understand that they are in a black neighborhood but black dollars matter also!

They have lost me as a customer!
