Nantucket Bay Condominiums, Sunrise Beach MO

The condo itself is spacious for a one bedroom. 1100 square feet.
The furniture is nice. There is a huge jetted tub and vanity in one part of the bathroom, closed off by a door to another vanity, toilet and shower. The deck is large, with great views of the water and boats going by in the distance, as you are in a cove.
We were in unit 2 A.
The down side is that it is not a resort.
It is a condo building that appears to have long term tennants.
No staff tenants.are on site, and the grounds are not kept. The patio with the old fashioned charcoal grills was not swept all week and it was a mess.
There was a gas grill with no propane or grates.it was trash basically.
There is a nice floatng dock with 2 old wooden picnic tables and 2 chairs. The slats are curling up in the tables. There is a ladder, but it is halfway attached.
The pool is in the next door condo building, just a short drive or walk away. It looks nice, was not up and running during our stay.
We really enjoyed sitting on our deck. The lights on the lake are beautiful.
