Friendly staff. Very surprising considering the area. I'll defently be a returning customer until I finally find my way outta this s*ithole area! Oh, btw (incase you don't already know) NAPA's parts are as close to OEM (dealer) quality just lot cheaper but not as cheap as AutoZone (AutoS*it) like they say "you get what you pay for". Or maybe you just like to keep replacing the same part over and over again? ! Isnt that the definition of insanity? ! LOL!

Always helping me get what I need. Even if they don't have it they go the extra mile to find it

Called for a locking gass cap, last one in stock $21 Get there ole boy quote $ 26. Last one. I tell I was quoted the last one cost $21, Oh yeah, the one he sells me is in correct the gas door want close all the way and they want take my return I didn't realize the door and threw away the box

Helpful staff but didn't have what we needed.
Called them and they claimed to have a part that we needed while on the phone but when we showed up they didn't even have a substitute.
Also, horrible area.
Lock your vehicle and conceal carry are a must here.

Customer service is AMAZING. My three stars is because of the online purchases.
I specifically searched and ordered a certain part, but was sent the opposite part.
I know these employees are in the receiving end just as it am so I wasn't upset at them.
It was however confirmed by an employee that this had been an ongoing problem yet he depot apologized for the inconvenience which helps soothe the anxiety and frustration a bit.

Nice service in stl especially when yu can buy truck parts on a Saturday when most places are closed

Only thing is i would have liked them to walk to the area and show me instead if bark were it is. Kinda felt like i wad being yelled at. Also if would have walked out to my car to unload product with there dolly and would like it if doors worked better
