Was in there a week ago looking for window vents was told I was going to have to order them went back this weekend and was told they don't carry them WTH!

We pulled into the parking lot and went up to the door at 6: 56 pm. The sign on the door said that they were open till 7 and there was a employee standing at the door who clearly saw us. He proceeded to lock the door 4 minutes early and walk away.
Will never go back when treated so rudely. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Friendly helpful staff and the only place that stocked or could order the correct part for my application. They called to let me know that the part that was supposed to be in stock wasn't and when they ordered it they made sure to order a second one to be sure they did have 1 in stock. They were on par with their customer service, product knowledge, and helpfulness. Thank you. I will be back.

Ordered a steering gearbox online and picked up in store. In my experience Napa generally has fairly knowledgeable employees and never has an issue getting me what I need.

I needed a new battery for my 2017 TOYOTA RAV4 key.
Mark provided me with a screwdriver and advised to look at a YouTube video to see how to disassemble the key to access battery.
He then gave pointers and quickly provided me a new battery.
My key is back to working perfectly!

Have not used NAPA much in the past. Small showroom but MASSIVE in-stock inventory. Chances are, they have what you need in store.

Good prices on their brand of high mileage oil and filter. I buy the store brands since I change my oil every 3k since my vehicle uses oil.

Everytime I call, I'm put on hold (longest has been 30min before I just gave up again) and no one comes back to answer.
I just want to know if you have a particular long block and transfer case in stock (or can be ordered) before I make a trip to that store, sheesh. Is this too much to ask for? I'll just take my business elsewhere and not recommend this place, apparently they're understaffed or their staff are lollygagging on the clock.
