Was not impressed with the customer service I received after purchasing. Had issues with the car same weekend I purchased it and they wouldn’t even return my calls or help me at all. Won’t be back for my next car or my children’s vehicles.

Recently bought a car at Napleton Hyundai, Jessie Miller helped us out along with the manager, Andrew. They were both very helpful and got us on the road with our new car very quickly. The process was very easy with their help.

Went into Napleton Hyundai today to get my first car and was met with an awesome experience! I was immediately greeted at the door by Jessie Miller. He was so welcoming and helped make the process so easy for me! The service was fast, transparent and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will recommend this dealership and Jessie to anyone looking for a new car!

Terrible Customer Service!
No one greeted me, at all.
I waited for over a half hour.
I had intentions on purchasing a new vehicle that day, and chose this location. I guess they didn't want $80,000 that day.
As l was leaving, a group of employees saw me and they said nothing! How pitiful.
Pooooor service.
DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION. A waste of time. They don't appreciate people.

HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE VEHICLES FROM NAPLETON HYUNDAI IN STL. HAD THE ANTI THEFT DEVICE INSTALLED ON A SONATA I OWNED. SONATA WAS STOLEN FROM MY DRIVEWAY ANYWAY. HAD A SANTA FE THAT WAS LOSING OIL. WE TOOK TO DEALER AND OUR ADVISOR WAS TONY. HE KEPT TELLING MY WIFE THEY COULDN'T SEE ANY LEAKS BUT CHANGED THE OIL GASKET AND CHARGED US. ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER THE ENGINE WENT OUT. HAD OIL RUNNING WHERE IT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN. TOLD US THEY WOULD HAVE RUN A CONSUMPTION TEST BUT CORP OFFICE OF HYUNDAI REFUSED TO PAY FOR IT. SO HAD TO GET ANOTHER VEHICLE. WILL ADMIT NAPLETON GAVE US NICE DEAL AND MAINTENANCE WARRANTY ON 2023 SANTA FE. JUST NOT CONSISTENT ON CAR OF VEHICLES.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. My husband and I have been calling and calling, different days, different times, couple times in one day, Trying to speak to a manager. We have talked to several different people but no one who can actually help us. We have not received a call back after being told they would have a manager contact us within 30 minutes.
We bought a truck from them in July from the Hazelwood location! … And it’s been a constant issue since! I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK AND ACTUALLY ACT LIKE THEY CARE!
By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had!

Edit: I made this post 2 months ago. Still having the same issues. The snuck on a warranty that we told them we didn’t want. Making it sound like they gave us a deal. They did not. My payments could’ve been over $100 cheaper. And here I am 6 months later still fighting the same battle. This is the worst place ever. I’m so tired of just going in circles. They had me fill out a document in October to cancel said warranty … that I wasn’t made to fill out the first time “they handled the issue”. I filled it out. Here we are in January and still in the same boat.

April 19,2022 I went to Napleton Hyundai with no expectations. My credit was mediocre at best. My mom is a repeat customer and she has been very pleased with the performance of both vehicles. Her first vehicle that she purchased is a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. This car has had the privilege to visit Atl, Georgia, Los Angeles California, and it personally took me to Houston, Texas. It still running strong. She is currently purchasing a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. My dad loves the Santa Fe. This is his second model and it is definitely a work horse. My Sister, Aunt, and Nephew have all purchased vehicles as well with great success.
My mom agin called me up and told me to just look. While looking I noticed someone that looked important and could get things done. I said Hi sir do you work here. He politely said “yes I am the GM Alex”. It was so nice to be treated so nicely by the GM. I asked “ can you point out your used cars” he said “ yes over there, but come on in first and I will get you with one of my best team members”. We took a seat and one minute later Jessie Miller comes around the corner and asked” have you all been helped” I said no and the next thing I know I was driving off the lot with a 2019 GMC Terrain. I’m so happy they where able to help me out in my time of need. After about 3 months the truck starting shaking and acting very terrible for a new used truck. They didn’t sale me a car with any warranty which was strange for a new truck and I should have seen the red flag. After doing my own research I found out that the vehicle is classified as a Horrible vehicle which I’m stuck with and they knew it was a P. O. S when they sold it to me. Needless to say they have lost me and mom. You would think that they would take care of a repeat customer but we are just another number. Not important and they will not fold because they lost us as customers. But now they have so many recalls and bad reports that the world knows now. I’m just going to try and keep the miles low and maintenance up and just trade the car in. But I feel like I should get an attorney, because these cars a LEMONS coming new from the factory. Do your research and buy wisely. These dealerships are out for themselves. And they think that changing management with mask the issues. Sad Dealership. Take your hard earned money to TOYOTA!

It’s very excellent dealership and I recommend. The manager was very good and the way they build relationships is good. I bought a Santa Fe and they gave a good deal. Nice people.

I have been trying to contact this company to cancel my extended warranty since last year September its impossible to get a call back to talk to someone I have had this issue with Napleton Hyundai on Dunn Rd. I have now contacted the BBB and the attorney general office to help me with this issue.

Great car, great sales experience. I'm not a frequent car buyer, and I'm not an experienced negotiator. But I feel I got a great deal on a new Ioniq thanks in part to Andrew's knowledge about the car, his patience working with customers and his overall experience in the business. He was flexible and made closing the deal easy to achieve. I've got a great new car, an affordable payment, and a solid start to my relationship with the dealer.
