Not even two months old The cord got so hot and melted and almost set my truck on fire paid over 400 $ for installation very disappointed hope they make it right!

Bought a 130$ LED kit hopping it was an RGB kit and turns out it was just a simple LED that a 30 kit can do.came back a day after to return it.and they said I can't return it bc they said electronics can't be returned.if I would have known I wouldn't have bought it.didn't even get me a store credit. They supposed to give me a call.and they failed to do so. THIS SHOP IS THE WORST I'VE BEEN THROUGH. I will never go back.

Supplied wrong product to friend and refuse to refund or give the correct product. I definitely don't recommend.

The guys at National Auto made me feel very confident in their service - from the helpful information on their website, to the pleasant person on the phone who scheduled my appointment. When I got covid and had to reschedule, they squeezed me in amidst a busy schedule and still got my car in and out quickly. I'm loving my remote start and will gladly recommend these guys to family and friends.

Wanted to upgrade system in car. Spent well over 3k. Have been back twice for stereo cutting off just to be told I blew my sub now it's a 3rd time with the same response. No replacement I was told to come out of pocket

I charged me 180 bucks for two remotes and program my system and it's not working and has it been working and they refuse to do anything about it except sell me new stuff

This place doesn't keep its word to customers. Strait up called 3 times before my gf brought her car up. Guy said no problem for a remote start drop it off we will have it done. She gets there and made arrangements the 9 yards to leave her car and is there at 9 am they denied her and sent her away. I'll take my business eles wear and the way she was treated if I where you I'd go somewhere with some customer service and a place that is honest with you!

I’ve visited this place on 3 different occasions and I’ve had an issue every time. They do not stand behind their work at all, they will break things on accident and tell you it was like that before. All in all just unprofessional and unapologetic I even had their manager tell me “ he trust his guys” I’ll take my business elsewhere. BEWARE

Had a remote start and alarm installed on car in last few weeks.noticed a fuel smell from vehicle after found out injector wire they tapped into for remote star that injector now leaking fuel. Had new seal placed on injector before hand now issues with it. Called and was transferred to my alarm installer he got upset i said injector was leaking and said its the injector wouldn't even offer to relocate line for tach.all he said is i been working on alarms for 25 years that where i have always done it.i had to tell him to zip tie my wire for alarm after install cause when trying to leave was getting tangled in steering column.i have been working on cars for 16 plus years.and the only reason i went with them cause i didn't have time to install it myself. Never again. No customer service and won't help to figure out if wire tap cause problem.seem strange leak happens at exact location they tap line. I will do my own install again for now on.cant even trust company's to stand behind work to make sure they didn't f something up.

From the very first time I came to the shop I noticed how neat and tidy everything was and the staff were friendly and professional. I chose to bring in my own equipment, some under the seat subs, to have installed there. We had a small hiccup at the beginning (largely due to me not knowing what equipment to buy when I brought in my own equipment), however, THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! Their installer Carl is incredibly professional and does fantastic work! Now my sound system sounds awesome. Don’t hesitate to do business with these guys, they will definitely do right by you!

Don't buy nothing from here they don't want to give your money back or give you a replacement if their product is defective

Something was done incorrectly. The customer service provided to mask that was horrific. The last two trips made me feel like there may be a social issue in this business. My purchase is not your only concern
