I am just wondering how late your call center is actually open? I see your hour's says that you close at 5pm, but do you still have people working after that calling people

They got my elderly Mother (who rarely leaves the house due to poor health) to pay them $30.00, to attend a meeting, an HOUR away, to sell her timeshare, which she did NOT want to do. Luckily she called me first before she went! Now I have to watch everything she does so she doesn't get scammed by people like this! Just because an elderly person agrees to this kind of thing, doesn't make it right. They often don't realize what is happening in the first place! Makes me so angry!

As soon as I asked too many questions & costs they hung up on me - I think this place is a scam & I'm reporting them to Better Business Bureau for Oregon

They called me and when I started asking questions the caller hung up. I had to call back from a different number and Jessica then handed the phone to Natalie who proceeded to argue with me. If you call me and hang up on me when I ask questions, honey you are not a legitimate company. I’m reporting this company to the Arkansas Attorney General.

If you have a business card from one of their representatives from a job bulletin board they give you 50 bucks just for showing up

This place really cares about the employees. I live in sober living and was feeling majority suicidal call my head boss short of the owner whom also on Thanksgiving invited me to her home bc i have no family and she welcome me into her home. The next day i confessed i got sad missing my dead momma that i was sorry i didnt mean to push myself away from everyone their and watch a movie on my phone. That day i just wanted to die to be wiith her once again that i missed so much work bc of it in only a month when she told me i should go to the hospital i told her i would but im worried about where ill be charge stilll for sober living for program fees even though i wasn't there. My boss said well we will pay for it just make sure your mental health is good get yourself good she gave me no time be back and i don't think i can ever repay her kindness and carrying. Im thankful for this place this is the reason i plan to stay with this company for awhile

I work here. In my 20+ years of marketing, in many different facetes of the industry I have never worked at a place that has a better work atmosphere! They are all about helping you make a better person of yourself. Weather it's spiritually, financially, or physically, these people will have your back if you show effort The only thing that could use improvement in my opinion is the wages.

My grandparents owned a timeshare and loved it, they used it every single year. Always had some kind of funny story to tell. But in 2009 my grandpa got killed in a really bad car accident by a drunk driver. And my grandma couldn't afford it anny more so she tried to sell it and lost over 1300 dollars! From a Resale company. But finally 3 years later she gave it one last shot Nationwide had called my grandma! And she finally got out with paper work to prove it. I didn't see my grandma smile like that for a long time; I refer them to everyone! Thank you guys! And definitely at least try to listen!

This place is a joke and the owner is a complete crook and a fraud. These people will steal your money and make your problems with your timeshare even worse. Customers are lied to and manipulated into spending tons more money to "get you out of your timeshare contract".

Must be a scam. Just got urgent notice that looks like from an official gov.agency saying I might qualify for an abatement of fees etc for a timeshare & I have never had one or stayed at one
