5HORRIBLE. I paid $80 to have irrigation turned on this summer. It was never turned on a hundreds of dollars worth of shrubs and trees died. They still charged me. I have been attempting to get my irrigation closed and get ZERO response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Nature’s Rain has faithfully taken care of my sprinkler system for many years. They have turned the system on in the spring, did the back flow test and filed the paper work with the city. They turned it off and blew out the line in the fall. Jeff was patient and took extra time with me this year to fix a few issues that had developed.
They have mowed and put in new water lines for me and were always great to work with.
This company is terrible in every aspect from quality of their work to their customer service. Moved into a brand new home with a Nature’s Rain irrigation system. System leaked and had a huge utility bill ($500+) for just water. Worker argued w/ me about leak until I found and proved the issue myself. They system caused terrible water hammering to my indoor plumbing when on (this has since led to indoor leaks due to broken seals). Now my new service provider has pointed out how poorly the install was designed wasting tons of water, poor spacing, unnecessary heads etc. They didn’t try to sell me on fixing.said the entire system would have to be rebuilt from scratch and would cost thousands. On top of all that they don’t show up when they say they will or call prior wasting more of your personal time. Just an overall terrible experience with this company.
Call two weeks ago to make appointment for an estimate. So my wife called Friday & they said they will be out this week and they will call before they come out.
Monday morning we had a go out and do something @ 10. So they show up At 10: 15 and we’re not home they did not call and schedule when they were going to come out. So I could be home to talk with them. My son said she was going to leave an estimate on my wife’s phone. I have a reason I need to be present.there is certain things that I want. I have heard they do really good work.it’s just getting them to come out here to give an estimate and do the right thing. Hopefully I can get them back out here and they can walk me through what they are thinking and I can show them what I’m thinking it is my yard after all.
