Dr. Gaur and the staff are always great. She listens and really cares about the patients.

Extremely detail oriented. Listened to every concern and thought that I had. My previous Physician had retired. I am thrilled to have Dr. Gaur as my new Pulmonologist.

I really like Dr Gaur, however the follow up from staff is non existent. I called to make an appointment on February 17th with no call returned to schedule one. I called again on February 24th and finally was able to speak with someone tgat was in training and was able to get a appointment. I had my 1st appointment on March the 15th, almost a month after trying to get one, it was with a pulmonary tech for breathing test. 2nd appointment was on the 22nd. 2 RX's were sent to my pharmacy that same day. The 23rd the pharmacy phoned me, to inform me the RX would be $500.00 out of pocket. The pharmacy said they would call the office and get a different drug prescribed. I myself called the office on Monday March 27th requesting that a new drug be called in. No one returned my call. I called my pharmacy and the said they haven't had a return call either. I call the office again today the 30th and was told they would put another message into the queue. I can't hardly walk across the room due to low breathing volume. This has gone on for over a month. I need help.

My wait was long but once the doctor came in she was awesome! She took her time with me, explained things well and was very kind. I'd say worth the wait!
