First time home buyer in this terrifying market!
They were prompt and efficient! The whole team was there for me every step of the way, and were able to accommodate my working hours and text/email preferences. Every step from pre approval to closing was simple and clean. I didn’t have any real estate agents involved, and had no need to with this lovely group. Loved working with this bank!

Neighbors Bank delivered the goods! When I said I wanted a loan, they were there. When I said I had a VA loan in my current home, and wanted another.they were there. When I said I wanted to move up the closing date from Nov 27 to October.they delivered. They've been there every step of the way, and met every single obstacle. What a great outfit.
