STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Everyone in this branch will profile you and try to push their negative attitude off on you. I come in with CERTIFIED funds that they called and VERIFIED and they still tell me there system is telling them to hold the check it’s suspecting fraud… what? ! You just called and verified the funds with my banker! I make payoffs all day long and this is the only branch that is sweating me. STAY AWAY
When I started out with Neighbors about 3 years ago, they were amazing. When COVID hit and I started to fall behind a little, they were even great and helping me setting up payment arrangements. I was late with a payment here and there and when I hit a rough patch in my life and lost my job for 3 months, they set up a payment arrangement with me but literally that same night they came and repossessed my car. Whatever you do? Do not do business with these people!
I disputed a charge from a fraudulent company over 2 weeks ago. No one from Neighbors has bothered to reach out to let me know the status. I have tried contacting them multiple times still no response. Horrible business practice!
Every service I inquired about, I was told to go online and do it and that they don't actually conduct business there. I was a little shocked because It wasn't like this when I got my account a few years ago. They are all nice though. Just unable to help with anything for some reason.

Customer service is always prompt, courteous, and fixes the issue quickly. Staff is so helpful and knows your name when you walk in. Love this credit union.

We have been with Neighbors Credit Union for about five years. We love having an in-person teller when we go inside. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. So many other banks and credit unions have eliminated this important service. I hope Neighbors never decides to follow the others; but instead, keep the personal touch that really helps customers feel like neighbors. This is Customer Service at its best!
I live my bank but I hate how there is no option to call and ask a question to a human at my bank.

I opened a new account online and after 30 days I still had nothing from the bank. I went into the bank in person hoping for some starter checks, a debit card, and a welcome kit. Instead, the one teller behind the window wrote my acct number on a card and handed it to me. She said I would have to wait to see the other one employee working there to order a debit card. Already sitting waiting for the banker was a man who had been waiting almost 4 weeks to get a payoff amount for his mortgage. He was trying to close on a new home. After I heard his story, I went back to the teller at the window and closed my account. This is the worst bank I have ever seen. Beware. There is zero customer service.
Always friendly and I'm usually in and out within 5 mins depending on what I'm trying to do
Once I spoke with someone I was satisfied. However, I was not happy with Neighbors taking funds out of my savings to pay for the transaction. I didn't understand why there was a hold. I went to get a cashiers check to cover that transaction, I would have gotten cash.
Not adequately staffed with the ITM (outside) and inside lobby. That time of day with only two tellers in the lobby could not effectively serve the number of members entering the lobby. A few members decided to leave before being served due to the long wait.
