My family just purchased some furniture. After purchasing some from a competitor we decided to buy local. I couldn’t be happier with how Neil’s furniture helped me. I gave Isaiah what I wanted and what we were looking for, he was completely honest with me and sold me some hopefully solid furniture. There was a slight problem with the color and Neils furniture made it right, which was very honorable to me.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Love the custom made furniture. Had a slight issue and they had no issues with making sure we were happy customers. Will definitely be a long term customer. ️

It was a great experience. The salesgirl was very knowledgeable and the delivery guys were very careful and thorough with the delivery.

Sales staff very friendly and more than helpful. Delivery was very professional. The gentlemen that brought our furniture paid attention to where we wanted the table and chairs we bought and before they left gave a treat to our dogs. Great business.

We buy all our furniture here. Don't think think that driving to Springfield will be cheaper. It isn't. You will not find better customer service and selection of quality furniture anywhere in the area. This is a fantastic family owned business that does not forget their customers.

This store was very clean and arranged great! Our salesman was helpful with all questions and working out delivery for the couch we purchased. Delivered on time and in great condition.

The people at Neill's were so easy to work with and were very professional. I ordered this Ashley Altari sleeper sofa in the Alloy color and it matches my decor perfectly. The price was similiar (or a little bit less) than other websites selling this same product. We try to purchase and support local businesses whenever possible. Neill's could deliver for a very reasonable price, so we chose them. Neill's delivery people called to tell us they were on their way AND the store sent me a text, as well. The guys were dressed nicely in uniforms and they were extremely courteous. We will definitely continue to buy from Neill's.

Would YOU want to wrangle that gorgeous beast of a sectional up those stairs? ! The Neill’s delivery team was SO practiced and professional, they made it look like an easy job. I also appreciated that they checked and made sure that the mechanism in the sleeper sofa was in tact and I’m working order. Thank you!

Very nice & knowledgeable staff.
They were fantastic in helping my son & daughter pick out a recliner/ lift chair for me. I had originally ordered this type chair from Wayfair and it ended up being a nightmare from day one with them. Having just had major surgery this chair was a critical element to my recovery.
Neil's came thru with a beautiful well made Ashley recliner / lift chair and were able to deliver it the very next business day.
