My daughter had her second child and wanted a rose gold sea turtle. They found one and a cute tag they engraved his name on. She loved it!

From the first day I started going there, they made me feel welcome and as if I'd been going there for years. Everyone is super friendly and work with you to make sure everything is how you want it. Mr.and Mrs Neustaedter are always there. We usually work with Diana, who is such a nice and pleasant person. She really enhances our visits there, but all of the staff is awesome.

The team at Neustaedter's is undoubtedly the best around. Dianna has worked with me over the last year on an amazing ring for my fiancé. They were there to answer every question and made my purchase seamless.

I really don’t know what to do when I walk in a jewelry store since I’m just not a jewelry person. That being said, the folks at Neustaedter’s take all the pressure off and make me feel like I’ve been in a hundred times.
