Chris Boehm was phenomenal to work with. He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint, in-fact the experience exceeded my expectation. From our initial contact all the way through to closing, he communicated every step, what to expect, what to plan for, and there were absolutely no surprises. Our meeting at the close was the grand finale to an already seamless and pleasant experience. He was very thorough and awesome! Chris is wonderful. He has been in the business for a long time so has seen everything. He always has a calm head with every transaction and is extremely helpful when getting the deal to closing.
