New Castle completed our home and we LOVE it. The flexibility and design customization during the design process was awesome. At the end, our house looks NOTHING like a modular home.

While our build was not without issues (and let's be honest, what construction project DOESN'T have issues? !), Traey and Nicole were quick to respond and resolve the issues quickly and attentively. I would have never known that they were working on other projects with the attention and care they provided us throughout the process.

I would highly recommend using New Castle. They are well worth your time to explore!

Well kind of a long review, far as Dan and the finish crew, 5 stars all around, as far as new castle and 3 stone 1star, our experience with both was, well, less than desired, communicating with either was horrible, when you do make contact, it's always ill get back with you, and you always have to call them back, stories always change, there was certain things we ordered that never got on the order, attic fan was talked about 6 times didn't get on the order, but the house mysteriously got wired for one, ordered soft close cabinets, never got on the order, ordered 36" doors through out, for some reason the stairwell door is a 32", well this caused issues with the framing of the basement, the plans actually showed a 36" stairwell, so that's what my contractor built, but when the house was set they blamed the contractor for making the stairwell too wide. They set the house Nov 1st, they still haven't completed all the repairs that was noted on the walk through, once they get your check, they're done with you. I would never recommend new castle or three stone homes to anybody, wouldn't put them through the mess we went through.

I have purchased 3 homes through this company. They have always made sure everything was taken care of during ordering, delivery and making sure everything worked like it should after set up. Highly recommend!

When we retired we purchased a home from New Castle to put on our farm. Jim Lawson was our salesman and was very helpful and patient with us with all of our questions and helped us select a perfect home. Terry Leadbetter done a great job of getting it set and Ellen was great going over and scheduling the punch list repairs. I couldn’t have been more pleased with DJ who did the punch list items. DJ went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that we were happy with the results. I have recommended New Castle to others and will continue to do so.

Purchased my home from them some years ago. A section of fascia came loose during some high winds. Went there for some advice and maybe some support on a fix. The service dept gave me a couple of names to contact. Gave both a call and left VM's with both. Never heard from either one. Girl in the service dept not helpful at all. Not very good at standing behind their product! Won't be recommending them!

Update: To the owner, Thanks for your boilerplate answer. I hope those other businesses aren't representative of your business. The girl in the service dept stated they may be the same ones who put up the home. But thanks anyway for your support. And by the way maintenance and repair has nothing to do with poor workmanship. What's the old cliche, a company is only as good as? You've proven enough!

11/29/22 Ordered a carport on 10/10/22. Still waiting for information regarding installation. Newcastle doesn't return messages/phone calls. Upon purchase, we were given a time frame of 6-8 weeks for installation. Carport is a Carolina Carports product. I did note today that they have a horrible BBB rating and many complaints about them to the BBB. Hopefully we'll hear something soon.

Edit 12/3/22: Called New Castle 4 days ago to inquire about installation. I was told that they would check, and get back with me about this project. I've had no return call from them (no surprise there, this is the 4th time they've promised to call back with an update). Buyers beware!

Edit - carport installed on 2/6/23.
I would not use Newcastle again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
