New China, O'Fallon MO

Some of my favorites are the egg foo young, any of the chicken combos, and the crab rangoons

I recently ordered from New China in O'Fallon and was impressed on two fronts: the food and the delivery. The orange chicken arrived piping hot, showcasing its freshness and quality. Not only was the food flavorful, but the delivery was remarkably quick, ensuring that my meal was delivered promptly and at the perfect temperature. I give it a well-deserved 5 stars for the combination of hot, delicious food and speedy delivery service.

The lady that took my order was short and contrite on the phone & it wasn’t because they were busy! When I arrived for the carry out she was still rude and was not friendly at all. The food was sub-par and this was my 2nd visit since moving to North O’Fallon in August. I’ll make the trip next time & go back to First Wok! Don’t waste you money or time!

I always get great food and great service from these guys, the rice is the sticky rice that I learned to love in the orient. The food is usually so hot that I have to wait 15 minutes after it gets here to eat it. It is what most Americans would call a hole-in-the-wall restaurant, but it is geared more for take-out than dining in.

I am not picky about vegetables. Everyone who knows me knows I love almost every vegetable. One of the only vegetables I really don't like is celery, but even still, I am used to picking it out of dishes. I don't usually complain. I just scoop it out and set it aside. But I ordered the Kung Pao chicken from this restaurant, and they must have been running low on chicken. Not exaggerating, I got a few strips of chicken and a gigantic pile of celery. Just an absurd amount of celery. Even a huge fan of that particular vegetable would question what they just paid for.

Staff and service is great. Food is terrible. I figured with them being the most expensive around the quality and taste would be unmatched but again I was wrong. This is the third and final time I will come here. It’s extremely unfortunate because i live close and want to give them my business.

The quality of the meat is bad.last night my daughter threw up.no longer will I have food from there.ever.

Stuff are amazing.
But the worst Chinese food I never had in my life, never eating again from here.

Our new favorite take out! Tonight was spot on. The cook made some delicious food that was busting with flavor. Delivery is the fastest around, we never wait long and food is always hot.

Pleasantly surprised. New to the area so first time there for lunch carry out.
Ordered chicken broccoli and chicken & vegetable combination dinners. Loved the brown sauce! Crab Rangoon one of the best I’ve had. Food was very tasty. Not greasy and ingredients fresh. Will definitely be returning.

Ordered food on Mother’s Day. It was terrible! Past several times it has been below average.way below. Lesson learned this time. Never will we order from there again.
Our orders must have been microwaved, because everything was tough and the rice was hard as rocks. Lady behind counter was very RUDE also. Looking for another restaurant in OFallon. Suggestions?

All in all, the food is excellent as compared to other Chinese take-outs in the O'Fallon, MO area. Everything is very fresh tasting.

When they tell your order will be ready in 10 minutes it is! If you don't expect any resemblance of personality from the staff, you won't be disappointed.

Now my only real issue is with spice level! I always as for mine EXTRA spicy and as with all O'Fallon, MO Chinese take-outs they don't comply with my request. Their Szechuan dishes are, in my opinion, bland and not full of the spice I expect.

Ordered a simple a lunch of chicken and fried rice, the fried rice was like eating rocks. It was crunchy and tasted stale. The lady who checked me out barely cracked a smile and ignored me when I asked for a fortune cookie. Never returning back.

My family actually owns a Chinese restaurant in Warrenton but I live in O’Fallon. I love supporting my local businesses. This was my first time ordering here and the food is fantastic! The staff is also very friendly! Thank you! You have a new returning customer.

Consistently well cooked chicken and good flavored sauce. I'd rate it as on par with decent mall Chinese food (which is perfectly fine). This is a good bet, especially around here.
