New House Chinese Food, Springfield MO

Probably the best Chinese food that I’ve ever eaten even the service was very good and very friendly staff for a family owned restaurant I’ll be back for sure the egg drop soup? It was amazing everything that I’ve ordered was very good and even picked up of what they forgot to add in my order that I was very impressed!

They can struggle to keep up on a very busy night. But they are busy for a reason. Great prices, large amounts of food, tastes great, and the staff are friendly. I've been a pseudo regular for years!

Order chicken low mein no chicken at all and prices were higher then would add up I just got tired of waiting so didn't even bother to check or argue. Not a place I'll visit again

This place is one of Springfield’s hidden gems! Their food is always fresh, and you get a generous portion for a super good price! Me and my partner eat here at least once a week, and we’ve never been disappointed!
Their chicken is crispy, and the sauces they use are fantastic! I love their peanut butter chicken extra spicy, personally. If you’re a fan of good flavorful Springfield style Chinese, this is your place!

I went to place an order and all their prices are wrong. My order would have cost me almost $10 more than what they have advertised and when I spoke with them, they refused to honor it when they hadn't changed their prices online. Easy decision to go elsewhere.

The very best curry chicken around! The sauce for all their dishes is beyond perfect, excellent service, owners are great!

The lady at the counter is very nice unfortunately I ordered two things and threw them both away neither one of them were edible I had shrimp rolls that were cold in the middle and the nastiest generals I've ever eaten

We love this place. We have it delivered to our home once a week. The food is always hot and so very tasty. We have never had bad service from them. They are always friendly. We highly recommend this place!

Me and my mother went there for dinner, when she found a fly in her noodles, the girl at the front desk got irritated by it but she did exchanged out food. Not that we ate it anyways. The food quality has gone significantly down, i don't know if they changed owners or what is going on but I remember when this place was fantastic years ago. We were very loyal customers.

Super good food! Love the cashew chicken of course, but man the peanut butter chicken is awesome! The lady at the drive up window is super sweet and treats you like a friend. You can't get that almost anywhere. Thank you guys for the awesome chinese food! Yummmmm!

So, my husband decided to surprise us last night, and brought home Chinese. This place has never disappointed, before. Today I am sick, classic food poisoning, and this is the source. I did let them know. I know what made me sick, as you can tell with food poisoning. The chicken was bad My granddaughter's fave, and she refused to eat it all.first time ever! Happy we didn't eat it all. Won't be back! So sad, why do places always diminish their quality, once they get established?

They are very friendly.we came here on a search for the cities best fried rice honestly it’s missing the flavor complexity I love, but it’s not a bad fried rice. Everything else we ate was amazing they might have just forgot to season the rice it happens we I’ll come back in about a month for the duck and give them another try because the fried rice was the only thing we ordered that didn’t impress us so it had to be a mistake I’m sure

I placed a delivery order over the phone. The person who took my order was very polite and helpful. He told me the wait would be about 50 minutes to an hour, but I got my food in just a little over 35 minutes. The food portion was good, the prices were reasonable, the delivery quick, the people friendly, and the food was good. I would definitely eat here again and recommend to anyone else.

Yuck! Got Cashew Chicken and it was nasty. The chicken was hard and the Fried Rice had nothing in it, no vegetables, no egg, nothing. I will NOT be going back

The witchy looking old cashier lady charged me $2 for a cup of water without telling me and they served a month old fried rice that should be trashed. I'm sick now eating their food. Never go back again.

I have not been able to find good delivery chinese food for a loooong time but then I found New House. Mmmmmm. I will be calling again. Thank you for the awesome food and fast service.
