Dr Moore and his team are caring and provide a sense of relaxation to his patients. He is thorough and explains what needs to be done and helps his patients create a plan that can be budgeted. No strong upselling like I have experienced with other dental offices. You can tell that Dr Moore is passionate about his patients and his profession. 5-stars.

I am a new patient to New Melle
dental and I want to share a great experience. I can say that my entire life the dentist has always been associated with pain and discomfort. Dr Moore and his team changed all of that on the first visit. I lost a crown and convinced myself that this would be anything but pleasant. I shared my concerns initially with Tammy at the front desk and she reassured me right away. Dr Moore and his assistant Sandy were tremendous. For the first time in my life (I am 68) I experienced no pain while performing the drilling procedures necessary. In the future going to the dentist will be uneventful and that is a good thing! A big thanks to Dr Moore, Tammy and Sandy.

Not closing soon they are closed I kind of get it they told me they close at 1: 00pm Fridays with Covin but I was there at 12: 50 with cars in the parking lot yet they were lock up type and wouldn't even answer the phone. Not happy.

Everyone there is helpful and well informed. Went in for a second opinion and I walked out with to that and peace of mind, at no cost. I'll be back for my six month check up, and then will happily become a regular. Personal care, professionally delivered.
