Lindsey and the staff were amazing from start to finish. In a time of grief it meant everything to us.

I've had several times that I had unfortunately had to use newcomers for family and friends they have always been above average and gone way above and beyond to help to get things done and make my family feel at home the lady I had here recently for my son was fantastic she was sweet friendly took care of business and helped us as much as she could most of my family is buried in newcomers cemetery and that's where I'm going to be buried myself I would highly recommend their staff their second to none inability and care

My family went out to Floral Hills the day before Memorial Day to locate the unmarked burial spaces of my great grandparents. Lisa, who was walking the grounds, and Barb in the office (but on the phone with Lisa) were incredibly helpful in triangulating their location based on adjacent markers. Their effort and dedication to servicing families without trying to hard sell us was very appreciated.

If Mom had written a script of who, what, when and how, it would have been exactly as things went. Experiencing a sudden and unexpected loss is extremely difficult, but the entire staff at Newcomer's made that aspect of it easy. Ms. D. O'Hara was an absolute jewel. She was very professional, caring, understanding, compassionate and there's just not enough words to describe the help she provided us. There were some areas of which we were not sure so we basically left those to her judgement. What she provided was absolutely perfect. Over the course of those days she became something like a member of the family. I know, I know, it's a difficult and emotional time, but this was different. She took time to listen to our stories. To share some of her own and to just talk. Not about what was going on, but just talk as you would with a family member. By the time it was all over every member of the family fell in love with "Ms. D", as we called her. She was a very large part of it, but the entire staff was exceptional. As I said, If Mom had written a script. If there is anything beautiful about the loss of a loved one it was the staff at Newcomer's Floral Hill Funeral Home that provided it.

Everyone at Newcomer’s Floral Hills was so compassionate, understanding, patient and walked us through additional service offerings but never tried to over sell. Our funeral director Kenneth was very easy to work with during this time of loss of our mother and we appreciate him so much.

First and foremost, I want to thank Patrick and Floral Hills Funeral Services for the professionalism, comfort, and support they provided me and my family for my husband's burial preparation. During this difficult time, Patrick handled everything with grace, kindness, and thoroughness, especially the setup at the cemetery. When I saw the cover of my husband's vault with a cross, name, and dates, my children and family were even more comforted. Indeed, we appreciate their exceptional services, and we look forward to lasting friendships.

Even though losing my wife was the hardest thing that has ever happened to me and my family, D and the Floral Hills staff made arranging my wife's funeral as painless as could be, considering the circumstances. Very compassionate and patient. Thank you D!

Patrick was wonderful to work with. Mother wanted to get everything arranged so upon her death she would have everything like my father. We got everything done for my mother over the phone so she doesn’t have to worry about her plans.

These funeral arrangements turned out as well as could possibly happen. What worked for me is that I mourned 12 years early until the day she passed. Amongst these tearless 12 years, I kept realizing that regardless what might exist as her afterlife, she is happy when I am happy. And with merely these two understandings, that was what turned my experience during and afterward into a happy and healthy experience, no questions asked. The staff's performance was well beyond my anticipations.

D.was very kind and compassionate when dealing with arranging the service for my father. She even texted me on the day of his visitation to remind me to bring his glass She went above and beyond. I appreciate everything she did to make this time of grieving as easy as possible. His Military Honors were beautiful.

D O’Hara was wonderful after the recent death of my mother. She had a funeral/burial plan in place and D was up to speed on that situation and made the entire experience much easier. Great communication and compassion.

Staff was extremely professional and kind. Options were explained very well with no pressure applied. Appreciated having a luncheon on site after the burial with a very good caterer.
